“Best option”

The hotel is in an excellent location, easily accessible through highways...closer to restaurants and businesses...room service is provided only once a week, you would have to pay more to get it done more frequently...overall condition of room was good...bed was comfy (creaked a little bit)...exactly as advertised...I had a good experience will definitely recommend it for short stays

“Great for everyone”

Hotel was in decent condition but what made it a good place for me to stay was the top notch service I was given by the two front desk associates I had dealings with I really appreciated the service and if I'm ever in Houston again I will be staying there!!

“Fishy Hallways”

The hotel is inexpensive and granted each room has cooking facilities but I did not like the smell of fried fish wafting through the hallways. The odor was strong and remained in the hotel the whole time I was there which was one night. It was so strong that I decided not to book a stay there on my next monthly trip to Houston.

“In need of updates...”

This hotel is around ten years old now, and while the staff and service is as good as it ever was, the furniture is starting to get a little run down and is due for replacement. Little things like missing laminate edges, broken buttons on the alarm clock, that sort of thing. Aside from that minor issue, everything was clean and crisp, bedding was fresh, and service was swift and accurate.

“Nice staff, clean lobby, and nice room”

This hotel had a very friendly staff who are willing to help with any questions. The lobby was nice and clean as was the guest laundry. The only problem I had with the room was it smelled of Marijuana and was not sure if was my room or the hall way?

“cheap price short stay...”

I found the hotel staff to be very polite the room that was given to me was for handicap. I did not mind that much either. The mattress had soil at the bottom the toliet was stoped up and I was told to come and get a plunger. I only stayed for a short time so all of that did not matter. If I would have had my children with me then that would be a horse of another color. I only stay two nights so it was ok if that is only what you are going to do.
