Nowhere was it noted prior to booking, nor was I contacted by management after they received and confirmed my already paid for booking, THAT THEY HAD NO WORKING ELEVATOR, NO LOWER FLOOR VACANCIES, NO VACANCIES AT ANY OF THE OTHER NEARBY LOCATIONS AND, THAT I WAS ON THE 4TH FLOOR! And I have a handicap placard on my vehicle. I couldn't cancel because I wasn't informed prior to the check in time. I have spinal stenosis, and need a knee replacement. My partner had to navigate four flights of stairs to carry our belongings a few items at a time. She's small. I noticed that certain doors leading into the building were blocked open with a rock so that people staying on that end of the building could enter and exit. Since there was no working elevator, there was no need to traverse such a long distance to exit and enter by the secure entrance and exit of the check out desk. Not a very safe building! God forbid any kind of emergency takes place. I will be seeking a return of some, if not all of my money.

I asked for a smoke free room, and this one is not!! The elevator was not working and my room is on the 4th floor! Big room and small tv, and the springs on the bed is horrible like a jail cell and the sheets and entire room smells like smoke! I need a refund as I am trying to make the best of it!

The stay was horrible. We had reservations for 3 adults there was no mattress on the sofa couch so 3 adults had to squeeze in one bed and the receptionist was no help and had no solution. We wve had to go buy our own cover and roaces was everywhere. I will not be recommending this place. I will be contacting corporate. Plus the website doesn't let you upload your pictures.

Unfortunately, my expectation of this Suite was not met. In my room there were three bulbs missing from three lamps, so lighting was limited. Also, there were roaches in the room which really disgusted me. The elevator smelled like smoke and there were some interesting characters in and about the property while I was there. Also, loud music was playing at times down the hallway from a guest room, kids crying, and someone was setting off fireworks outside which sounded like gunshots. I never spent a single night at the hotel that I paid for; my trip was from Feb 17th - 19th. I never stayed the first night and actually checked out on the 18th, a day early. I just felt too uncomfortable, I should have read the reviews from previous guest, so that was my fault. I really was expecting something different based on the photos, but I got everything I did not want. Sorry Extended Stay, but this was disappointing.

The tub was stopped up upon arrival. They claimed no maintenance worked on the weekend; suggested I use Draino - no other rooms available. Very poor service, rude desk worker.

Due to the smell inside the property and in the room, my son got breathing issues and cough, we did not even check in and have to cancel the stay immediately at the counter and leave the hotel. It was a terrible experience overall as there were people smoking illegal drugs around there and room smelled really bad of smoke and cigars. Very unhealthy and caused breathing issues. I am asking for full refund from Orbitz since we did not even check into the hotel and had to cancel due to health concerns

It was very very filthy. Roaches everywhere. And i mean i kill 10-15 a day roaches a day and im out most of the day. I also reported a broken phone the first 5 mins i was there and they said they would fix it. Until I left a week later it never got fixed. I would have left that first day, but I paid and there was no refund. I moved over to the Fairfield next door and spent the rest of my stay there. Much better, cleaner, No Roaches and free breakfast.

I love Extended stays but this time it was horrible..I had 2 rooms and the one I was in was infested with roaches and the dish washer was nasty inside...had to leave and demanded my money back..beware of room 420 or the 4th floor Period!!

Travelocity and Extended Stay America should be embarrassed by this property and remove it from listings immediately. The hotel is filthy with stained and torn carpets, heavy odors of smoke and curry throughout the building, roaches in closets and cabinets, stoves not working at all, refrigerator will not cool, no extra linens available for the extra pullout bed in the suite, building occupied by more homeless families than travelling guests, hairdryer in bathroom broken, low water pressure in shower, flooring in bathroom separated away from tub edge and lined with what appeared to be mildew/mold, only one way access/egress from very busy service road because second entrance is chained closed, elevator had trash and cigarette butts on floor, bathroom door is warped and did not close, staff at front desk are slow to respond to customers at desk and appear disinterested in their job, the only extra chair in the room had cracked and torn naugahyde, and the surrounding area appears to be a high crime and police/EMS response area due to the continual presence of law enforcement and fire/EMS vehicles responding with sirens throughout the night. This was probably the worst hotel location I have visited ever. Future travelers should avoid this location and this chain entirely. DO NOT book at this hotel.

Noise/party upstairs all night long. Called front desk 5 times. Couldn't reach anyone. When I finally went to the lobby to speak with someone at 4AM they did nothing to resolve the issue. Horrible service.

this hotel room that I booked to fit our party of six was not available when we arrived, I was offered another room that would only accommodate 4 people, I was stranded in Houston with my husband & 4 children with nowhere to stay, had to pick a different random hotel & pay double the price. I can't rate anything besides the staff that gave my room away, & the exterior and lobby because we couldn't stay there.

Very dirty, the key doors never worked and some of the staff was very rude. After two nights we finally got some clean linens and extra pillows for the pull out sofa. There was no towels in the bathroom, we found them wet,smelly, and dirty in the closet. The floors were so sticky and filthy, my white socks went in the trash after that.

The room we reserved wasn't available when we checked in. There were no smoking signs everywhere but it smelled like cigarettes and weed all over the place. They were doing renovations while we were there so it was messy. The pool and fitness center were closed and there was no free breakfast even though the hotel advertises one

By far the worst experience in a hotel in my life. The rooms are infested with roaches. I was changed my room at midnight. I woke up with a roach on my ear. I told the staff at check out, not even an apology was given.

I give this hotel a ZERO star. I’ll tell you why. Horrible experience, extremely dirty and smelly. Very old amenities, ripped couch and shower head didn’t work. I also had a broken light in my room. Cockroaches came from the bathroom. And my kids were terrified. I would not recommend anyone stay in this hotel. This was my first and will be my last time staying with Extended Stay of American. I booked 3 nights there, but I couldn’t even stay 1 night. No one could sleep because the room is so stinky. I moved out the next morning and forfeited my stay.

I will never stay here again. The one very small elevator for 4 floors was DIRTY & very slow. Our room had Roaches in the bathroom, kitchen & in the bedroom. We left early.

The room was spacious. I didn't like the lack of cleanliness. Chips on the floor, condoms, baby diapers, and stains on carpet. The stairwell was dirty. I would rather spend money elsewhere that was more clean
