Extended Stay America Houston - Willowbrook

The first room had not been cleaned,and an horrible insect was purportedly left on the counter.management gave me another room and refunded my money.my major complaints are,no elevators and the staircase and walkways needed cleaning.

There are two Extended Stay America Willowbrook hotels. Thisone, 13223 Champions Centre Dr, Houston, TX, 77069, was accidentally chosen by myself when I intended the other one which is quite nice, as these hotels go. This one is an older building, with small cramped rooms, Worn out and broken shelving, which was too cheap for its purpose, missing items such as glasses, iron, ironing board, the shower head was not the correct type for the fixture so that it was hanging from a hose, and I found a cockroach on my toothbrush in the morning. Do not use this hotel.

Nothing fancy about this hotel, but it was clean and quiet and staff was helpful and friendly

Asked for a None Smoking Room and it was Very Smokey. The outside Looks nice but the rooms are okay. Overall it was an okay stay but not really like the pictures the staff was nice though..

GREAT location. Everything that you want/need is in walking/short driving distance...Restaurants, shopping, bars, everything, and multiple to choose from. Bed was clean, and anything you could need was in the room... except shampoo... NOW, for the bad... could hear every conversation that was held outside room, HUGE stain on carpet, I hope it was juice... stairs, and stairwell stunk, and was stained/sticky... I will stay here again, if I need to, as the location was too perfect. All they have to do is clean a little bit...

I found it very relaxing to have the hotel all ready to arrive and it was located where I needed it to be and staff was very helpful.

Room is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable being neither too soft or too hard. Only complaint was the lack of choices with TV channels provided, they are rather limited.
