Not that I wouldn't recommend this hotel...but the hotel smelled old and musty. But it was a last minute stay.

Room wasn't ready first night arrive @10pm. They said maid didn't show. It was after midnight finding another hotel. Second day went back I had booked smoking room they didn't have one available. They don't have any thing in room no coffee pot no pans no plates no silverware they say you have to ask for them. Well when I book a kitchenette I warn them supplied. Very nasty dirty disgusting room. No management

As this hotel’s manager, I can assure you that I have spoken to our housekeeping staff to make sure each room matches our company’s high standards and will be working on retraining them. I apologize that you were not informed of our new dishware policy upon check-in. We no longer keep dishes in guest rooms for sanitary purposes but they are available upon request at the front desk. I will make sure we communicate our policies more clearly moving forward. Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. I do hope that you will return to our hotel or any of our other brand locations across the U.S. and Canada in the future.

The only complaint I have is that the bed was extremely hard. There was also a train that passed by every so often.

Trains nearby

Everything was fine about this hotel. I only wrote this review to inform other potential guests to the fact that a train runs nearby and can be heard AT LEAST 4 times in a 24 hour period. I believe it's not the train itself that I hear, but its horn blasting as it passes by. I don't know why the horn is blown, but it's possible that it's not blown each time the train passes. It is possible that a train can pass by without its horn blowing, in which case it is possible that I have not heard the train at all. By the time I wrote this, it has been my first night and I've heard it 3 times in under 12 hours. It is 2:30am as I'm writing this, and heard my 3rd horn a few minutes ago.

Hotel missing trash can and coat hangers. Multiple requests to get items.
