It doesn’t say when you book, but they only clean your room, provide towels or take out trash after 3 days. I had booked my room for two day and was gone all day. I expected to come back to a clean room with fresh towels and that is not their practice. When I asked the front desk I was told different properties have different service schedules. There was a scum ring in the tub on day one and one of the pillow cases had a blood stain.

This was not a good stay...the only friendly face i got was the lady that checked me in and out and breakfast staff..other than that no..no room service, had to go get or call for my own towels ..had to ask for trash to be taken out..Couldn't even use the sofa bed that i paid extra for....service was terrible

I didn’t like the fact that it booked two night and they stated they had a king suite but when I got there to check in there was no room available so I was told that if I come the next day at 11am the room would be available and I would be able to check in. I arrived about 11:15am the day to be told my room wasn't ready and checkin was at 3pm. Then the young lady said if you could give me about an hour I'll have it ready. I waited and about 45 minutes she called an said it was ready. Once I got to the room it was a handicap room which I didn't ask for. The experience here makes me NOT want to stay here again.

We checked in about 10:00 p.m. There were people around the hotel that made us feel uncomfortable and even a guest who walked out with his pants sagging and underwear showing There was no security.

the bathroom tub is very dirty with black scum all around the wall edges plus. the tv is very old with limited options local tv only. the key to the room was going off line every time we tried to go back in the room and had to go down and get it reprogramed again very aggravating.
