“Conveniently Located”

The Fairfield Inn is located just off I45 in The Woodlands. It is a short drive to Conroe and is within minutes of restaurants and shopping in the area. With its location right off the freeway, it was easy to get to where you needed to be without hassle. The rooms are clean and spacious. The workout area is next to the pool so you can keep an eye on the kids while they are swimming. They also have a self serve breakfast area that offers a variety of danish, bagels, cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and microwavable egg sandwiches. They also have juice, milk, hot chocolate and of course coffee. I have stayed a number of times and the staff has always been nice and helpful.

“Good Value Stay”

Not all rooms are suites (as the name implies), though the non-suite room we had was clean and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and a huge Walmart. There are many really good restaurants within a 5-minute drive. We thought that the breakfasts were good, and very generous.

Everything you could want. close to everything, quiet, clean and friendly. I will gladly stay there again. My very pick wife was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness.

“great place, exceptional breakfast”

I stayed here with my 3yr old and 5 yr old. The hotel was perfect. We swam in their indoor pool which was warm and very clean. The next day had breakfast in the lobby. The choices were better than the normal "continental" junk. We had fresh blueberry waffles! There was lots of fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals. Outstanding! ..... They also brought me a microwave oven to the room one evening so I could warm up my kids dinner.

Lovely place to stay at a reasonable rate. Nice indoor pool and sauna. Completely smoke free. I would go back.

Nice room that was very clean. Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and towels for convenience. Extremely efficient check-in and check-out. Wonderful location.

This is a very good hotel. It is clean, comfortable, and has an amazing staff. If I ever have to stay in the Woodlands again, I would have no problem staying at this hotel.

“Better than adequate”

Everything worked pretty well. A request to tighten the shower valve handle went unmet, but it wasn't a big deal. The window was uncloseable and stuck open, never checked by housekeeping. An odd and sticky carpet cleaning substance was evident when bare-footed, but not objectionable. Breakfast bar wasn't extensive, but it was quite sufficient for my tastes; dining room was clean and the bar was well maintained by staff. Exercise room was very nice with a view to the pool instead of mirrors... a pleasant touch. The property is also well maintained. Walmart, gas stations and good restaurants within 100 yards. I'll be staying again.
