It was a very difficult to sleep due to road noise. Also could hear sounds from guests next door and dog barking from floor above. maid service to clean, restock coffee, bring fresh towels and change sheets are only every other day. The free breakfast isn’t worth staying for. Was charge $24 for parking for a 2 day stay in a basic parking lot with no security. Not sure what the parking fee is for. The only positive of the stay was comfortable beds, bedding and pillows. Plus it’s close to great shopping. I would not stay at this hotel again. It definitely didn’t have the quality of the Marriott brand that I am used to.

It all started with the lack of customer service. The front desk was left unattended for over 10 minutes causing over 5 customers to not be able to check in upon arrival. Once getting situated into the room we found out the tv was not working. The staff didn’t offer much help. Then the neighbors above were making a lot of noise and the staff didn’t address the issue. Overall not great service.

We were put in a handicapped room when we did not reserve that room type. It was extremely difficult to wash your hair while taking a shower because of how low th handicapped shower head is. The bathroom was disgusting! There was pee all over the floor behind the toilet. There was something (probably pee) splattered om the bathroom floor. The sink bad solatters and hair in it. The curtain wouldnt close all the way, so headlights and other lights were very intrusive while trying to sleep.

The carpet, from the entrance to my 3rd floor room, was dirty! The carpet had white fuzz all over the place. It made me wonder how clean the bed was. I definitely will not stay nor recommend that particular location…ever!

I don't like surprises that were not aforementioned. When we arrived, one person at the front desk, as she was on the phone with "someone" speaking in mixture of Spanish and English. She looked up at us and continued that conversation. Might have been a work call. Don't know. 6-8 minutes later she said "I'll call you later I have some here." Then we were told there was a fee for parking. In a parking lot, unattended, self parking, to park our car at the hotel parking lot. Things were just a little "off" and the staff, were not engaging and that part I don't care but some will. So maybe this just wasn't the hotel for us! But PLEASE have the hotel reveal ALL prices and costs. I thought when we booked through Expedia and the price shown was the price to expect. I have no idea at this point.

My stay was in October 2023 and my room was clean as well as the bathroom. Hallways clean as well as the lobby. Want to save a few dollars then stay for their breakfast..anice selection of cold and hot foods. The only thing that I was disappointed with was they never came in to make the bed. Strange thing, they emptied the trash but that was it.

The first room we were put in, the door was shifted so we could see outside through the crack and it would not lock. They put us in another room which was infested by ants. They denied our refund after we left to stay somewhere else.
