Nice stay but we expected better furnishings. Hallway carpets are worn out, doors seem poor quality, very thin walls allowed us to hear what happened in room next door. Good location.

Excellent location for food and shopping.

Pros: Even though I did not partake (other plans - LaMadeleine in Town and Country) the breakfast buffet looked ample and delicious.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: The hotel in on the northwest corner of Town and County - something for everyone - plenty of foot traffic.
This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. I was very surprised when I opened the door and there were no bed. They upgraded me to a double suite. Many thanks!

Comfortable and clean. Great Staff.

Pros: Loved the decor and cleanliness. Great customer service.
Cons: A little refurbish is all I can suggest.
Location: Other than the traffic issues getting in and out, tons of shopping, restaurants, and quick freeway access make it a great place to settle in.
Enjoyed a one week stay. Very elegant with a modern flair. Starting just a bit to show its age. Restaurant and room service very good. Food quite nicely prepared. Wish the location was easier to reach, but now that I know the ins and outs I would definitely stay again. Employees professional and very cordial. A clean well run hotel.

Ok because of location but needs improvement

Room wasn't ready upon arrival. Requested sheets and they had large holes. When asked to redeliver they were very rude. Breakfast was $10 per child which is ridiculous for what was served.

Pros: Close to office and vendors place of business as well as restaurants.
Cons: N/A
Location: N/A
Hotel is not easy to find without GPS. Check in was easy and quick. Room was next to elevator, did not hear elevator noise. Every morning early (5:00 AM) there was what appeared to be construction noise like screws being driven with a power driver. Not sure they are renovating on the next floor. Bathroom is very small, can not use sink with door open. Window looks on the I10 and Beltway 8 interchange so lots of traffic noise even though I was on the 12 floor, the interchange is even higher than the window. Breakfast Buffet opens at 6:30 and is expensive for what you get. The reason I stayed was this is close to the office and vendors place of business.

One night stay. Was given a free upgrade. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms are a little small. The air condition blew directly on you in the bed. This made it a bit uncomfortable.

Upon check in, I had to speak first. Never heard a 'welcome' or a 'thank you'...just "I'll need to see an ID and a credit card." Lobby is nice but rooms are hideous. Old, thrift store furniture in muggy room with failing AC units.

Room was clean but the location of the room was right next to a swimming pool and there was no soundproof. You could hear everything. Nonetheless, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would recommend it to others.

Seemed noisy. Put the go green tab on the door was supposed to earn points or $5. Didn't receive anything. Bed was hard.
