hotel experience

the toilet wouldn't flush, the coffee pot didn't work, leaked horrible, the shower was very very hard to turn on, leaked very bad if you didn't turn it hard off, comforter smelled bad

Nice place to stay in greenway plaza. Incidental deposit is steep but overall good place to stay.

Close to NGR Arena

I picked this hotel after leaving a concert. The drive wasn't bad at all to the hotel and it was in a nice looking area with lots of places to pick up something to eat. The hotel staff was nice and answered any questions I had. The room was clean, had great water pressure and hot water. A huge plus that the bed had large pillows instead of the small ones most places have. I would definitely stay there again.

Bad location Hard to Find

Pros: The lobby & bar & restaurant area was new & appealing & the hostess there was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good & service fast.
Cons: Sheraton other hotels need to work with companies like Expedia so when you call the hotel to confirm/request bed situation you can talk to a person.
Location: Location for us & our personalized trip was bad,we weren't there to see Houston just to see a friend/classmate & visit in Pasadena.
It's really Expedia's fault they booked us in downtown Houston when we wanted Pasadena area. Will never go thru them again. We were lost all the time. The room key wouldn't work we had to call front desk every time to get into our room, the parking gate didn't work either had to buzz desk to get OUT. Requested 2 double beds & got a king size instead, no snack machines or beverages on our floor, just ice. In our PJ's & only machine was in lobby. Late arrival we were starving kitchen closed. No vent in bathroom, air was slow to regulate, too cold @ first then too warm. Old part of bldg., low ceiling & curtains wouldn't close all the way. Asking for directions @ front desk & manager came asking what was the problem here, we were just trying to get help & he assumed we were taking up service time. Sheraton is hidden from northbound traffic by another hotel right beside it, tho it is right off the freeway you can't really read it's name till your off & onto the service road. We requested the Hobby airport in Pasadena & Expedia sent us to Bush Int'l which we didn't even realize until we went to rent a car, shuttle from airport & asked directions to Sheraton showed her our map & she advised we weren't in Pasadena, we were downtown Houston rent center, gave us new different directions. It was late, dark & we were lost.

bathroom needs attention

Pros: restaurant/pub
Cons: plumbing in shower
Location: location good, short Uber to most things
all good, except bathroom plumbing leaked in shower despite shut off.....need strong arm water never got hot something seemed wrong with shower control was old and loose all else fine

Meget greit hotell om man skal bruke det som "mellomstasjon" for evt en roadtrip videre inn i statene... Meget kjekt med at Budget hadde kontor på hotellet.

I ordered the chicken plate with collard greens instead of mashed potatoes. The meal was unbelievably great. Kudos to the chef.
