A Goodenough place to stayPosted Nov 18, 2013
Pros: Location. Space. Clean.
Cons: Television in the bedroom. Where was the coffee pot? a full refrigerator and a toaster, but no coffee pot?
Location: Easy walking distance to the Galeria and all the hotels (conferences) around it. Easy in easy out.
The hotel was not a Four or five star hotel, but it was perfectly adequate. Clean, quiet, close to everything you could need. Not a lot of staff and parking was limited. I will stay there again if I need a place near the Galleria. Big deal: the place was truly an apartment, not just a fake "suite" hotel. A real, fully equipped kitchen, closets, dining room. No tv in the bedroom -- that was a minus.

Nice but ....Posted Nov 9, 2013
Welcoming reception by staff was very warm. Room facilities were good and most suitable for extended stay: kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, etc. On the downside, there's a peculiar odor in the room we stayed, suggesting perhaps that past occupiers of the room were smoking cigarette in the room. Also, the hotel managers can help give "human face" to the place by offering simple provisions as complimentary tea, coffee or water for arriving guests. Even these simple but necessary provisions could be offered for a fee through a vending machine to arriving guests, who usually come in tired, to save them the trouble of having to walk out of the hotel perhaps late in the night to find these basic necessities.

Nice Location but the hotel is not that greatPosted Aug 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
The location was great since I could walk to work during the time that I was there and then to the gym which was close by too. But the hotel maintenance and up keep is not great.

Not the place to stayPosted Aug 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
Had no problem checking in right away. The pool was small but nice. The room was an apartment style 2 bedroom with plenty of space. There was only 1 TV which was in the living area. I thought that might be ok until later we found out we only got 1 channel that was fuzzy. The double bed that we slept on felt like sleeping on bricks. We knew that we could not stay there another night. If you run into any problems no one is there to help you until 10 am.

nice homelike hotelPosted Aug 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
The apartments had everything we needed. Nothing fancy but quite comfortable and good for this price. Location is very close to Galleria mall and AACC shuttle stop. Nice personnel but receptionist is not always present and room service does not work on weekends. I would stay in this hotel again. The only thing I did not like that the money was taken from our accounts just on arrival though they said they would do it later.

Great location, but not clean. No Microwave or pots to cook with, when 'fully equipped kitchen' is advertised.

LAST WEEKEND AT THE GALLERIA GARDEN ON SAGE RDPosted May 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is like a miniature apartment. The room had pretty much everything I needed (plus the apartment effect helped) to stay for the weekend. The only TV is in the living room and the bed in the bedroom is hard as rock so I opted for the couch bed in the living room (bit more comfy plus the TV is there.) Also there was a dead cock roach on the bedroom floor aside the bed by the night stand. The bedroom carpet was a bit damp and I could tell it needed cleaning. Overall place is nice, closet(s) are plenty, kitchen is equipped, maid service is basic enough with cleaning and towels . All in all I felt safe and I'd stay there again and recommend to a friend. The big roaches outside in the back of hotel scared me but than again this is Houston.
