Nice hotel in an area I was familiar withPosted Oct 28, 2014
I used to live in Houston and my children still do, so when my daughter got married, I needed a nice place to stay for a few days that I could afford. The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast they provided was very convenient and they had a nice selection of breakfast foods, with different items each day. I would stay there again if the need arises,

Nice staff, comfortable beds, nice breakfastPosted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff - there is different people working at the front desk during my stay, and they are all wonderful! Breakfast is nice too!
Cons: I wish they had herb tea bags to choose from. All the choices I saw were black tea.
Location: It's close to highway, however due to construction, the traffic was bad. And there are temporary exits setup that did not match GPS instructions.
I stayed here three nights. The first night, due to my flight delay, I didn't get to the hotel until 2am in the morning. I called the front desk at 1am and let them know that I would be late since my original check-in time was 8pm. When I got there, there were two police cars cruising in the lot and I felt safe. The staff is very warm and also offered me a bottle water. In the morning the breakfast is nice, it's not fancy but sufficient for my needs. It offered both hot and cold selections. I loved my oatmeal with walnuts, raisins, and black sugar. When I finished breakfast and ready to leave, it was 6:40 and dark and rainy outside. The breakfast lady (Ms. Dee) asked me where I parked. I told her it's in the parking lot at the back of the hotel. She insisted walking with me to the back and didn't leave until I was in my car. That is very nice of her. The second morning I ate Raman noodles in the breakfast area around 10:30. I need to drain the water from the noodles, and the sink is behind the kitchen in the employee-only area. Ms. Dee drained the water for me, made sure I had all I needed, and also brought me extra napkins without me asking. Again thank you, Ms. Dee! The last night, when I got back the room late at night, toilet was leaking and carpet was wet. The staff put me in another room and offered me a small gift card when I checked out in the morning. I lost my wedding ring during my trip to Houston, but the warmness from Hampton Inn staff is really appreciated!

Great price.Posted Aug 4, 2014
very clean room. room smelled clean too ! not like cleaning chemicals. staff was super friendly and helpful. our room was quiet. ( but we do always sleep with esrplugs ).our room wss plain without micro and frig. tv / remote not very modern, but we rarely watch television anyway. hot. / cold breakfast sufficiently stocked buffet was good for free. attendant seemed slightly annoyed or maybe just very busy , but still helpful. we would definitely stay here again mainly because of the very clean room, courteous staff and grest price.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and room was nice and clean. Only bad thing I can say is that there was no remote for the tv in the bedroom but all in all everything was great!

Great Customer Service!Posted Jul 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
Overall, the Hampton Inn Houston - Brookhollow was well worth it. My family and I had a great time, the hotel is extremely close to great food although only one restaurant is walking distance though, and the breakfasts and service during breakfasts were very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would book here again without hesitation for my next trip to Houston.
