Not satisfied with their customer service. I called them that night I'm supposed to check in and confirm my reservation and let them know that I will be arriving in the morning. When I arrive at hotel I was told that my reservation was cancelled because that reservation is not existing and might be a computer error. "Come on! I called your front desk and confirm my booking" so, they gave me a different room a smoking room which the front desk did not tell me In fact I booked a non smoking room obviously I have my family with me with a two year old kid. Come on use your common sense! So I went back to front desk and told them to change my room, they said "I'm sorry sir but that's only room available we have." that time so I said "is that so! We're just leaving if your not going to give usdifferent". So they end up giving me another room. And one thing they are charging me for no show up on my first night isn't that ridiculous.

A lot more than expected!

For a hotel that isn't even a four star, this one happened to be very nice. The rooms are fairly small, and I wished the beds were queen sized in the double rooms, but overall, it was perfect! The rooms were clean, the beds were like sleeping on clouds, the bathrooms were clean (and very nicely decorated), and the staff was top notch! We stayed over memorial weekend, so it was booked solid, and the staff never waivered. They were polite and pretty hilarious, and didn't show the stress I'm sure they were feeling. The breakfast didn't have a lot of options, but what they did have was really good. We were pleasently surprised by this Hampton inn, and when we go back next year, we will definitly be staying there!

This is an excellent Hampton Inn property. It is an airport hotel, and is less than a half mile from the terminal, and from car rental. The hotel is clean, but well broken in with all of the airport business. Location within Houston is excellent. Easy access to I-45 and 610, and Very close to a HOV express exit, so access to downtown is a BREEZE. The only negative is how the desk is packed in tightly at the foot of the bed, making it difficult to get in and out of the desk.
