Hampton Inn Houston Northwest

Ten family members were very pleased with our recent stay. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were very clean. The delicious breakfast included eggs, omelets, French toast, cereals, juice, fruit, ham or sausage and freshly brewed coffee.

I would most likely continue to use this hotel chain.

When we arrived it was already 8pm and after 10 hours of driving we just wanted to relax. All we could hear were the screaming, laughing, and crying of the kids next door and all the people opening and closing their doors. This is not a hotel for a nice quiet relaxation stay. We tried to get see if they had another room available, but they were booked solid they said.

I typically stay at the Hyatt because I get point with them. However, they were booked due to the busy NBA All-Star weekend. Pros: room was clean & breakfast was good. Cons: No refrigerator in the room.

From the time we walked into the hotel we were greeted by friendly helpful staff! The stay was short, but I have to say it was probably one of the best hotel experiences I have had... The room was very comfortable, the front desk person was very efficient and even the lady staffing the free breakfast was attentive and pleasant!!

Nice stay for business- close to resturants and easy access to HWY. A little difficult to get to from the HWY if you follow your GPS.

Overall room was very comfortable but there was a weird smell from the AC/heater unit in the room like something had been spilled in it. Luckily the weather allowed me to turn it off completely and the odor went away. Was in town for a family medical emergency and found out after the fact that some other hotels in area offered a medical discount too. Too bad this wasn't also offered to me here. Highway noise also noticeable.

We enjoyed this hotel except for one of the nights someone must have been smoking somewhere near our room, which was non-smoking and we could smell it. It was so strong at first I thought something was burning. Also the price was a little high. The staff was very attentive and helpful at the breakfast.
