Location: Shopping, dining, drinking, dancing, movies, even go carts within walking distance.
I was not having a good day due to personal issues, Staff made my day just by remembering my name.

The hotel was excellent . Very clean and the staff wAs great. I would definitely recommend this hotel . The rooms were very nice.

Was excellent service from staff. Strange smell from heater, like an air freshener, so I requested a different room. it was not as strong then, very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and plentiful. I would stay here again. was very convenient for getting around the city. first time in Houston and managed well from here.

Even though I checked in after 4 pm, my request for a room near the fitness room was quickly and happily honored. The staff, especially Diamond at the front desk and Kathy at the breakfast room, were helpful and friendly and seemed interested in not only my stay at Hampton Inn but also me as a person. I felt I made friends.... My room was perfectly clean and smelled great. It was quiet and everything worked as it should. I will be staying here again on my next trip ot Houston

Convenient location with good shopping/dining options in mall vicinity.Decent room but little things like a flickering lightbulb in bath and toilet that continued to "run" were a bit annoying. Especially for the pricetag.

weekend DANCE CLUB PROBLEM.

Loud club noise until 2am and that traffic can flow to hotel room near you( slamming doors, louds voices)police called in.that was my last night stay.stayed there before but had great time then , needs police coverage at closing time of that extremely popular dance club.hotel security can not handle it.
