“Would stay there again.”

We had a great stay, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had free shuttle to and from the airport. .Chauffeur was extremely helpful, suggesting restaurant for dinner. All around great service.

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. Check in was smooth, the staff courteous, and the deluxe breakfast in the morning was awesome! We ended up having to stay an extra night at the end of our trip, due to missing our flights. They accommodated us nicely again. I highly recommend this hotel.

“World class!”

Great hotel, very convenient to the Houston International airport, very comfortable beds, the staff went out of their way to help, great breakfast. The only thing this hotel didn't have was a restaurant but there's a restaurant just down the street in case you don't have a car. Shuttle service to the airport every half hour. Very convenient.

“Very Helpful Employees”

Due to lack of knowledge on my part, when using Expedia; i was charged by the hotel on my credit card. They resolved the issue with me while I was at the hotel. A couple of days after arriving home, I still found a charge on my card. I was told by the management, that they would remove the pending charge after 3-5 days. I am still waiting for this to be removed. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, but please know what to do when you arrive at the front desk.

“Night Before Our Flight”

A really nice Hampton property located in the shadow of IAH. The only negative was that the air conditioning didn't get quite cold enough. We weren't uncomfortable, but we like it COLD which can be a tall order in Houston climate. Otherwise, a top notch place!

“Certainly stay there again!”

The hotel was convenient and comfortable. Staff and service received were great! The only negative is almost to small to mention - the coffee maker in the room did not function. A+ Rating! Would not hesitate to stay there again.

My stay at the Houston Airport Hampton was perfect. It was close to the airport, and allowed easy access to the airport at 5 in the morning. The facility was clean and beatiful. SThe staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

The hotel seems to be new or recently remodeled. It is nice, clean, and very comfortable. The bedding at the Hampton Inn is getting better every time.

“Stay here and not at the airport”

Arrived late to the hotel from the airport and the buses weren't running so had to take a taxi,this was the only inconvenience. The following day caught the bus which was a 10 minute drive to the airport. Rooms were clean,large, walk in showers,flat screen t.v I will be staying there again in the future. I normally stay at the hotel in the airport but not anymore!

“Perfect place to stay before boarding early morning IAH flight”

You can always count on this hotel to be safe, convenient, reasonably affordable and a great place to stay for an early morning flight out of IAH. Recommend it highly to anyone who hasn't stayed there before. Wish the parking situation was a little better--outdoors, not covered, but no one else has covered parking, so no big deal. Overall, a great value for the price, great staff, and a nice to-go sack breakfast in the morning if you have to leave on the shuttle to the airport before they open for breakfast. Recommend for its safety as well. They take good care of you.
