Wonderful Hotel

Pros: The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable
In town for a wedding. The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. We were able to check in a little early as our flight arrived at noon. The front desk clerk was friendly and had us checked in very quickly. She even gave us directions to various places we needed to go. The next morning, we had the complimentary breakfast. Their coffee was very good and all food was very fresh. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Volleyball fun!

We stayed for a volleyball tournament and ended up shopping at the woodlands... Girls and I had a great time!

Nice hotel

Pros: It was really quiet and restful.
Cons: The security doors were difficult to open sometimes. The only door that worked well were the doors from the front area of the hotel.
Location: Nice thing is there is a grocery store and lots of resteraunts.
Was in town to visit my children, so I didn't want to spend a lot for just a "bed". This hotel was perfect.the staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a really convenient location.

Not what we had asked for from Expedia

Pros: The beds were clean and so were the bathrooms.
Cons: Some of the customer service people needed attitude adjustments.
Location: Lots of places to see. We especially enjoyed Old Town Spring and the Woodlands Mall.
First of all, we asked for a suite since there were girls traveling and we were meeting some others and needed a room to relax in as well as bedrooms. We were told at the desk that we had Expedia had not requested a suite. Then, we chose this hotel for it's inside pool and whirlpool. The whirlpool was out of order while we were there. We questioned at the front desk and no one seemed to know whether it was working or not. Evidently the heater wasn't working because the water was slightly warm but not what it should have been for a whirlpool and one of the girls has medical need for the therapeutic whirlpool. Last, but not least, on the third day of our stay, the weather changed and it was cold with a 45 mph wind blowing when we got back to the hotel and were locked out. Our key card had been deactivated. All and all we were very disappointed with out stay. Darla from Beaumont

Great Stay

We came to the Houston area for a funeral. Our rooms were ready and clean. After talking a little to Jada the receptionist ,I told her what we were there for. She gave us her deepest sympathies. After being out Friday night and coming back to the hotel, there was the nicest sympathy card from Jada and the hotel staff slipped under our door. Our appreciations can't be measured with words but let me say a great big thanks Jada. The Law Family.

This hotel is not fantastic or exceptional. It was located close to several chain restaurants and very close to the highway. not a bad place to stay.

Mother Daughter weekend

Pros: The room and breakfast were just perfect....
Cons: pool area comfort. The spa should be HOT for muscle relaxation and the pool needs to be heated to a certain degree for usage.
Location: Fabulous shopping and upper scale dining in the the Woodlands Market Square. Movies etc. Something for everyone
This was my daughters 25th Birthday and I wanted to spend time away, just the two of us. We had a spa day planned and shopping for the weekend with fine dining reservations daily. The hotel experience was relaxing and the perfect setting for begining and wrapping up our days agendas. My only, and I mean one and only compaint would be that the pool was freezing due to the A/C indoor vents at the pool area and the jacuzzi was cold, barely luke warm which was not what I needed after a busy day. It was really not a usable area for anyone, children were freezing and adults were leaving the hot tub for the same reason. Other than this....It was wonderful, very tasteful and professional staff. I will be there again.

The Hotel was clean & comfortable.But we were lost and could not find the hotel. It was night and coming from Houston. So i called and asked for directions. Neither receptionist could give me street names only vague directions like behind the Kroger's or down the street from planet fitness. Which might be fine IF your from the area.(But if you were why would you need a hotel.) So after much frustration and driving around in different parking lots. We found it our selfs. No street lamps to read street signs.
