Room was okay, standard, property well maintained, free breakfast was good. Biggest issue was the hotel shuttle being parked on the side of the hotel directly underneath our 2nd story window, for some reason the shuttle would be on idling in the parking lot in the middle of the night for a couple hours (3-5 am our 2nd night), loud enough to wake us from sleep and keep us up given how loud it was with intermittent break sounds? The shuttle would just idle for a few hours and then stop without going anywhere so no clue why it would even idle. I called down to the desk the 2nd night and was first told "that's not our shuttle", yes it is, and then told they couldn't do anything about it because it is contracted and not directly owned by the hotel. Super annoying esp since the shuttle didn't leave the parking lot the entire night including after it was on during the night.

Most of the staff were outstanding. I had an early flight out and the night audit person was no where to be found when I went to check out. When she finally did appear she just took my key cards and went back to wherever she had previously been. Did not ask about my stay, or if I wanted a copy of my folio ( which I did) but didn't have the time to call her back to the desk as my Lyft was approaching. All other staff, front desk, housekeeping and the wonderful woman that worked the breakfast buffet were stellar.

The property was convenient for the area we needed to stay in. It was a mix of nicer accommodations with the good gym equipment to older hotel problems. Missing remote in gym, lobby area bathrooms a mess but staff was very friendly and great breakfast options.

Had a wonderful overnight stay! The staff were amazing and friendly! I needed a ride to the Medical Center and the shuttle had just left. The Manager offered to drive me there in her private car. That goes above and beyond!
