Nice hotel with friendly staff!Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Fast check-in/check-out, friendly staff, clean room
Location: Right across from the Toyota Center! We just walked and saved in additional parking!
Our stay at the Hilton was great! We stayed for one night to attend a concert at the Toyota Center. The check-in process literally took five minutes and the young lady helping us was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfty. Overall, great stay!

Pros: Everything was perfect!
Cons: I am sorry to say we could not afford to do anything in the hotel so I honestly don't anything else besides the room.
Location: We walked took a walk in the park that was very romantic.
Thank you for a wonder night. My husband took me there for our 28th wedding Anniversary. I've never been to a hotel so beautiful. We staid on the 16th floor and the view was breath taking. The bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. Everything was more than I could of dreamed for. Thank you again for a night I will always remember.

I was disappointed that the person who we checked in with told me the pool was open 24 hours when in fact it closed at 11. Three times I asked, three times I was given the same answer. It wasn't till we were asked to leave that I realized I was misinformed.

Mgmt Fail!Posted Jul 29, 2014
Mixup at checkin with my card for incidentals wasn't on file. Had to pay daily for valeting my Porsche until I went back to desk. They fixed. Then both room keys didn't work another time and had to go all way down to desk and wait in line to get them to fix. Nice room and great downtown location but mgmt fail!!

Nice hotel & close to baseball park.Posted Jul 28, 2014
The hotel staff was very friendly & the room was very nice. We had an upgrade to a queen suite. The view was amazing but the room was used for meeting and the bed was one of those that folded out of the wall, so it was not as comfy as a regular bed. However, the space of the room & view made up for it. We plan ongoing back.

Conventions, Concerts & SportsPosted Jul 21, 2014
Cons: Valet's were a bit rude, but such a small issue.
Location: Toyota Center, George R. Brown Convention Center, Downtown
This hotel is located about 100 feet from the George R. Brown Convention Center and 100 feet from the Toyota Center, so if you are in need of a place to stay for a convention or a concert, or perhaps to catch a Rockets game, this is the place. Clean rooms, nice bar, and courteous staff. I'll stay here again, for sure.
