I stayed here for a staycation with my boyfriend over the weekend and it was a great get away! Close to Memorial City Mall and good restaurants, clean rooms, quiet at night. Would stay again

Very clean with personable staff. I did have an issue w/ the iron & ironing board cover. The iron had some adhesive melted onto the plate which did come off on my clothes. The ironing board cover would not stay on - it needs to be replaced.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. because the hotel wasn't solid booked, it seemed pretty quiet. Biggest complaint is the AC unit does not have a setting for specific heat or cooling. If you go up one degree the heat comes on. If you go down one degree the AC comes on. It’s very odd. Breakfast was decent but kind of expensive. At least it’s available until 11am Also, I requested a late checkout at 1:30 and they obliged. That was nice of them.

We stayed 3 nights. Room 709: first night - no power for microwave and coffee machine. Second and third nights - no power on nightstand side. Very inconvenient stay!

The staff was phenomenal at this property. Made my family and my dog feel welcome from check-in to check out. Common areas were well-maintained and the room was clean and comfortable. Right off of I-10 and is a short 15 minute drive from downtown. Many attractions such as Andretti (indoor arcade and go-karts) and iFly (indoor skydiving) are short drives away. Parking was INCLUDED and there was night security for the parking lot. Location felt safe for me and my family. I definitely will consider staying here again the next time I’m in the Houston area.

the "accessible" rooms were not safe to shower in, we had a fall in the tub due to lack of grip on the surface of the shower/bath combo. A walk in would have been better, but at least put no slip traction to prevent this from happening.

Second time to stay here. Very convenient to good restaurants and MDA-West. On-site restaurant is good if you just don’t want to go out. Only complaints would be the water pressure and the pillows being too soft, but we’ll just plan to take longer showers and bring our own pillows from now on. Staff was friendly and I love that they include complimentary water bottles in the room.

Window shades would not close all the way up. I could hear the noise from next door. The experience did not feel like "Hilton honors" at all. I also saw that the police was called up. It didn't feel safe either.

When I tried to take a shower there was no hot water. I went to the front desk and asked them if there was a problem with the hot water. I was told to turn on the sink hot water and shower hot water and it would then get hot. I went back to my room and turn both on for 30 minutes still no water and I was not able to take a shower and clean up. Very unacceptable to not be able to shower have good hygiene when staying at a hotel.
