“Mixed feelings”

The hotel was super nice and the staff was very helpful. The bed was slightly uncomfortable. It was a tempurpedic bed that was a adjustable firmness, but it didn't actually change. Breakfast was either continental ($7.95) or continental and a hot bar ($10.95). Very good food, but for fruit and pastries, really expensive.

“Hilton Houston”

For a Hilton Hotel I was dissapointed. The toilet was backed up, the deadbolt on our room did not work and the maintenance person couldn't fix it. The bathtub was nasty - the finish was pealing on it and obvious that it couldn't be cleaned properly. The television in the room was old and not very many channels were offered. Extra cost for everything!

“Good location--Non-smoking rooms are smoked in however.”

We were supposed to be in a non-smoking room and they did put us in the non-smoking hall in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Unfortunately the room had obviously been smoked in numerous times. The smell was awful. The room was also handicap accessible which means there was no bathtub. We were never asked if this was OK with us. We would have much rather had what we reserved... a non-smoking room with a tub.

“Houston HP”

Very conventiently located for anyone visiting HP & close to restaurants & stores. Rooms are large, well equipped and clean. The staff are friendly & helpful. I'd stay here again happily.

“Not impressed”

We were unfortunately placed in a smoking room. We asked for a different room, but none were available, The restaurant/bar next to the restaurant has live music in the evenings. That is nice while one is there, but makes it difficult to sleep well. The pool could have used a cleaning. I wouldn't reccomend this hotel.

“A good find”

I chose this hotel because of its location - it was half way between the airport and Magnolia, TX where I was visitng family. The location was great for getting every place I needed to visit. I was very happy with everything at the hotel except the "fitness room". The treadmills were outdated. Stationary bikes were fine. I could not turn off the Muzak overhead which was annoying! They did offer a fitness facility close by which I am sure was much more satisfactory. Room service was good and the food was just what I needed and they had a good and inexpensive wine selection. Tha staff was very accomodating and helpful! I was generally impressed!

“Outstanding Value”

The hotel and staff more than exceeded our expectations. Location is wonderful as it is less than a mile from a large mall and several quality eating establishments.

“Very nice!”

The hotel was very nice and clean. Comfortable room and good service. However, the hotel had sustained a water leak on the 4th floor which is where our room was. Carpeting and wallpaper were pulled up and work was being done while we were there. Shame on the hotel for placing guests in rooms where work is being done! This floor should have been closed!
