Great hotel, service and overall experience.

Posted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: Service and willingness to do everything it could to help.
Cons: N/A
Location: Cynthia Woods Mitchel Pavilion The Woodlands Mall Market Street
From the moment I got there, the gentleman at reception was amazing. Let me check in 7 hours early which was one of the nicest and unexpected things to occur at any hotel I have stayed at. The room overlooked the pool and was very clean, comfortable and have everything I needed. It was less than 1k from the Pavilion for the concert I was attending and the distance to the local shopping malls was perfect. I would absolutely have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone.

Comfort of the woodlands

Clean clean clean! The bed felt like I was at home. Not your typical hard mattress/air bed. You can adjust the firmness to your liking. My husband and I would def stay here again.

Walking distance to Cynthia Woods Pavilion.

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Clean and the price was right.
Cons: Nope enjoyed my time there and the bar has really fair prices on adult beverages.
Location: Pavilion, shopping, restaurants, etc... Close to just about everything in the Woodlands.
Walking distance to Cynthia Woods Pavilion, so if you happen to be in the Woodlands for a show and want a clean place to stay for the night I would definitely suggest this hotel.

Staff is amazing!!!

I checked in at 4am in the morning and was greeted so warmly and the customer service exceeded my expectations. The staff at the breakfast area were very courteous and attentive to details. The second morning I had breakfast, my coffee was already at the table waiting with my juice. Super nice staff!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Bedding

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: The friendly staff
Cons: New beds
Location: We were at a conference at the Waterway Woodlands
The bed was the worst bed that I have ever slept in. Very lumpy and uncomfortable. I have slept in better beds at the LaQuinta and would rate that higher than yours.

Great hotel in a great location

Location: Concert Pavillion, Mall, restaurants walking distance
This is a wonderful hotel. Good value for such a central location. Very clean, nice rooms, complimentary WIFI, and one of the best breakfasts we have found with any hotel. Staff is always friendly, in fact outstanding in accommodating our needs every time we stay there. The breakfast staff in particular stands out in pleasing their guests. Highly recommend!

Great hotel and well located

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: The Employees were nice and helpful and the room was great.
Cons: Lower cost for the room...we hope to return for another weekend retreat.
Location: The hotel was close to the mall, pavilion, market street and many other amenities.
The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. It was a good quality Hilton with a refrigerator, microwave and a great forest view...very peaceful and lots of privacy. The hotel was close to the mall and market street. It is a great retreat for the weekend and we very much enjoyed our time at that location. The Hilton employees were very helpful and courteous.
