Nice hotel, James was awesome on check in. Loved that they had all types of drinks including liquor, fresh fruit and salads for purchase at all times.

Easy check in, very accommodating. Had a later flight so they allowed me to do a late check out that works with the time i need to get to the airport. Very clean and maintained!

I booked this hotel for the free shuttle. We arrived at the airport at 12:30 am due to a delayed flight. The shuttle driver refused us because he had to clock out of the hotel at 1am, its an 8 min drive from airport we paid $30 for taxi. The next morning we cane downstairs at 5:15am for our 5:30 shuttle, it was full so we asked front desk for another taxi, this time without asking she booked us a limo service for $72 . So much for a free shuttle or any customer service worth speaking about. All night cars without mufflers raced along the outside of the building making it impossible to sleep. Hilton Garden inn, Houston WE HAVE A PROBLEM.

When we reached the property they informed us that they didn’t have a reservation. After checking the system they said that the booking was cancelled 4 mins after it was booked. I tried to find a number for Expedia to call and talk but didn’t find one. We had to book a new reservation

I liked that I could get good food at the hotel and did not have to leave. I really liked that I could leave my car at the hotel for a week and just pay for parking. . Also liked that the shuttle bus came every 30 minutes. Very comfortable room which was very clean a priority for me. A big tv was very nice too.

Advertise that they have a hot tub but was not accessible. We booked this hotel solely based on the hot tub and no where did it say in the listing that it was under maintenance or unavailable. Misleading to say a hotel has a hot tub only to show up and for it to be unavailable. Would have stayed somewhere else if there was no hot tub. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member also just used Expedia to book through because rate was cheaper. Hotel was very clean and staff was pleasant. Don’t book this place if you want the hot tub or call ahead to verify it is accessible prior to booking.

They overcharged me for two nights that I was not there after I checked out. It took more than three months to get them to resolve it and reimburse me. Totally incompetent responses from management.

The hotel it self is great! Very clean and very friendly staff. We had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs the day we left. The food is extremely expensive $80 for eggs bacon for 2 adults and eggs and bacon for 2 kids and 1 waffle and 1 order of french toast also the only type of syrup they have is sugar free and its disgusting so the waffle and french toast was a waist. However the lady who worked there was very nice even when customers were rude to her. We will definitely stay at this hotel again but we will not be eating at the restaurant.
