Everything was perfect, breakfast, very clean, will stay again. Parking for a regular size truck was a little tricky, and there’s an upscale gentleman’s club next door which was very quiet but might make for an awkward conversation if you pull into the wrong parking lot

Nice hotel

The area is very fancy and obviously a space to be in. The hotel is greedy by charging 20.00 per night to park.

We came for a football game at NRG Stadium and we stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is reasonably priced, clean, quiet, and in an excellent area. We paid for the 2 night parking. We did have issues with the TV almost the entire stay and were given a new remote but that did not fix the issue. We believed it was an internet issue maybe? It would take about 15 minutes to load the channels and at times would freeze when trying to change the channels too. We had a slight issue with the toilet and were moved to another room on our second night. The young man who checked me out did apologize several times and removed the parking fees for our troubles. We will stay here at our next visit to Houston.

Had a horrible experience at another Hilton owned property down the street and had to leave an hour into the stay. This hotel welcomed us and had and incredible stay!!! Hilton Garden Inn has there act together in every way!

Close to galleria area.
It was clean and beds were , comfortable, breakfast pretty good also. Its close to downtown and galleria, but the pool was so small that we did not want to use it. And they charge 20 a day for parking,

Unpleasant scent and uncleanly
The room had been freshly painted and appeared in great condition. The room had a very noticeable unpleasant smell. I asked the front desk to do something about it. They said maintenance would spray the room with deodorants but if they did I couldn’t tell. In addition one of the shelves had open tampons strung across the shelf. Not sure why this wasn’t found by the housekeeper.
