“Great place to stay, not too pricey either!!”

We got a quick check in upon arrival. The room was great, cozy, clean, and the staff was very accomodating. I recommend this hotel for lesiure or business.

“Excellent Service”

When we checked in and were given a room with 2 double beds, we said something to the girl at the front desk right away. She explained, and then promptly moved us to a room with a king bed. She apologized for something that was not the hotel's error, and she was very accommodating to us. We would definitely stay here again. Service was excellent and staff were friendly and polite.

Easy check-in & check-out. Large room, very comfortable. Elevators are a little shaky, but overall it was a nice hotel.

My wife and I met our two daughters in Houston for a specific event. The hotel was an excellent bargain with friendly, helpful employees, clean and orderly facilities, and convenient access. All expectations were met.

Loved this hotel - it was super affordable but swanky. Breakfast was free for me and it was a full spread with wonderful service. The fitness center was very nice with great treadmills, hill-steppers and freeweights. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I will defnitely go back again if I visit that area of Houston.

“Upscale hotel”

Hotel was very nice. Bed, linens, and pillows were very comfortable. Room on highway side had a lot of traffic noise, and there was some sound from hall and adjacent room. Manager was unbelievably helpful in resolving a reservation problem that was apparently Expedia's fault.

Overall, the hotel was wonderful, clean, quiet, and worth the cost. My bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and moderately sized. It was very easy to access the highways to jump downtown or to the Med Center. If I was ever to go back to Houston for leisure, I would probably stay at this hotel again.
