Poor ServicePosted Jan 20, 2015
2 desk staff & 1 baggage person, no one offered to help with luggage. Checked in late with no customers in site. After was asked to bring luggage cart back down from my room.

Clean and ComfortablePosted Jan 14, 2015
Pros: I liked everything about the Hilton West Chase.
Cons: Airport Shuttle service
Location: There are restaurants and shopping areas. Also you have the opportunity to eat at good Colombian restaurants.
I enjoyed the Hilton West Chase. This location was closed to my family house. I wish the hotel would offer shuttle service to and from the airport. My room was clean the bed was comfortable I did not want to leave the pillowtop mattress.

floor to ceiling window leaks water soaking carpetPosted Jan 8, 2015
Pros: first floor room very close to exit
Cons: virtually no parking on Sunday night December 28th
Location: just slept there
after discovering the soaked carpet I called front desk to report the problem and I really wished I would have just let it go. The desk clerk kept asking me if I wanted someone to come look at it. I called to report it because I thought they just might want to make sure there was not a serious problem

Great experiencePosted Jan 7, 2015
Pros: everything was great---all around
Location: close to everything on West side of Houston
Great location, staff, amenities and experience. We were in town for a Bowl game. We had an overall great experience with many amenities in the hotel and close by in West Houston.

Sicuramente ci ritornero'.

Nice hotel, good locationPosted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: Rooms, cleanliness, lobby, staff.
Cons: Noise level, bed too firm for me
Location: Lots of restaurants on Westheimer
Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was good and location good. Bed was a little firm for me. Did not sleep well because my room was near housekeeping and vending machines, so a lot of noise in the hallway. Doors closed very loudly, lots of banging. Did not seem to be well insulated for sound. Some guests were noisy in the hallway, also, when I was trying to sleep. Might have been a better stay if I had a room in a different location. Could not find free coffee advertised.

nice hotel, great location.Posted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: great location and price.
Cons: housing keeping.
Location: westchase district; china town, close to both factory outlets, and downtown.
We arrived hotel around 6 pm and had a reservation but our room was still not ready - waiting for house keeping crew. Other than the house keeping, which was a no show for our room the next day, everything else was great. Staff at front desk were very friendly and accommodating. It's great for a short visit.

Too coldPosted Jan 4, 2015
The room was too cold, I couldn't sleep well, and the next morning I got cold. I left my sunglasses in the room, I called the next day but it wasn't there.
