Cons: they do need more parking
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and everything was very comfortable and clean. There were good restaurants nearby, even walking distance away.

One guy in the front desk named Matt Has a very bad customer service. I asked him if He credited my HHHonor. He said he cannot because it was booked thru hotel.com. I said that info was wrong bec I booked thru Expedia and showed him the confirmation He thinker the computer and said it was taken care of. The next morning I doubled check the front desk just to be sure that I was really credited to my hh honors. The lady in front desk which I believe the name is Gabriela helped me and called Expedia. She was on hold for a while and when Expedia personnel (Cane) returned to her he confirmed to her it is ok to credit my hhonor. She apologized, but I said you don't need to apologize because she was not fault. In view of the above scenario, I would suggest that Matt must be disciplined otherwise he is giving Hilton a bad reputation. Would appreciate if this will reach the corporate office and retrain their personnel.

Cons: Add microwave & icebox to rooms
Location: The location was great right off the beltway with a huge variety of restaurants to choose from.
Everything was wonderful! Great Hotel! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel!

Pros: I liked the location and the room was great!
Cons: The ice machine on my floor wasn't working. I think that ice machines on all floors should work.
