Pros: The location
Cons: THE PILLOWS
Location: It is in a great location to local night life. That is the reason we stayed there. Had a great night out.
The hotel staff was very friendly. The night desk clerk was very helpful in calling us a cab. She actually had to call them twice because they were taking so long. The reason for the lower score on the room was because the pillows were way too soft. My neck had no support at all. I felt like I was being smothered by the pillows. Also the room stayed a little warm all night , even though we had the A/C on. It may have been our fault though . Not really sure we knew had to work the A/C. I would stay here again- but I would bring my own pillows.

Location: Excellent location to businesses and restaurants.
The hotel was close to the businesses that I needed to visit.

Extremely Comfortable Place to Stay

Hotel comfort was off the chart. Breakfast was typical of a Holiday Inn Express. There was little attention to detail.

Nice hotel. Close to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were very close to several different restaurants (within walking distance), and very easy access to the main roads. The staff was very friendly and we had the fastest check in ever.

Pros: clean, comfortable and great service
Cons: the walls had small holes that had something previously hung there and weren't filled in
Location: lots of restaurants, shopping, and outside activities
I had great service, a good room,good breakfast and a really good stay!!!!! Belinda is wonderful!!

The experience was awesome. We booked two rooms. Both the rooms were super clean and in immaculate condition. Hats off to Jackie at front reception who made sure that we get whatever we asked for. Free lemonade in the lobby and free water bottles were a plus. Thumbs up!

Great service with a few minor issues

The hotel is very convenient to major highways. The room was clean and the front desk staff and breakfast staff were great. My only complaint is that my room was very musty smelling. I believe the problem is that the air conditioner cooled the room but didn't remove the humidity within it. All the furnishing, bedding, carpeting and even my clothes felt damp. I know that the weather is very humid in Texas but all the more reason to remove the humidity from the room air! Also, in the exercise room you can't watch tv and run on the treadmill because the tv is sideways to the equipment! Don't want any accidents.
