Pros: The location, the coffee, the bed and the pillows were excellent. The staff was friendly and competent.
Cons: Not enough room here - see my comments above under "your experience".
Location: Good access to Sugar Land. 3 great restaurants nearby - The Egg & I for breakfast, Las Haciendas for Mexican, and Pappadeaux for cajun seafood.
Experience was not good. The hotel needs a major renovation to get to what i think of as Holiday Inn Express standards. In our room, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, the shower rod was dangling and about to fall, the shower head was plugged with corrosion deposits, and the A/C couldn't keep the room cool. Breakfast was not good. Eggs and biscuits were below par. Fresh cut fruit - oranges, grapefruit, pineapple - would be a great addition. The elevator is terribly slow and has no cooling. Couldn't it be programmed to return the the ground floor and open when not in use? That would get cooling for free.

Comfy beds

Pros: Comfy beds.
Location: About 5 mins from Town Center.
After a long day celebrating our daughter graduating from Dental Hygiene School it was very nice to come to a very clean room and comfy bed. we slept like babies. Breakfast the next morning before we headed out was wonderful. We were not there long enough to see much of the staff but our keys were ready when we walked in. No hassle to wait. Would stay again.

Nice place to stay

This stay was only for a couple of hours. Bed was comfortable. Last visit was s month ago and it was nice and breakfast was ok.

Small rooms need bigger shower curtains

Great staff close to fwy no restaurants nearby shower curtain not big enough floor totally wet actor shower room was small great price business center n convenient laundry room oh and good breakfast buffet FREE!

Not very clean, elevator not working properly

Wouldn't stay again. Hotel needs to be renovated. Staff not readily available. Room smelled of smoke.

Nice hotel, breakfast was above average, staff was courteous. Only complaint was getting to the hotel. There is only one way to get there off of a one-way street.
