Very ran down, competitively priced but not good value for money. Had to move rooms because shower was not working. AC units were old and noisy and didn’t work very well. Just a bad place overall.

Dated Holiday Inn, located near shops and restaurants but next to Highway 610. Road noise was loud. A van had its windows smashed in. Parking lot was not well lit. Shower head needs to be decalcified.

Good Hotel great location.
Great hotel, easy access to entertainment and shopping. nice pool and hottub. The only issue was the noise from.I-10. Which cant be controlled anyways. Didnt get muxh sleep ahead of the Houston Marathon

This an an old outdated property located off the highway which is very noisy. I felt a bit unsafe staying there as almost every night i heard someone knocking at my door. I just didn't like the old outdated stuff there. Will not stay there again.

as soon as you walk in there is a musty smell, like "old hotel" according to the attendant. thats not a good first impression for my first stay here. other than that the stay was comfortable.

You can’t sleep at night because too many transportation so close to the highway. You can hear the cars passing by ambulance firetrucks is really noisy that you cannot sleep. It’s very annoying.

pool and hot tub was broken while we were there then pool open but hot tub was nasty! that was our main reason we chose this place! indoor due to weather etc and we have been looks forward to this hot tub!

I checked in during the evening. I had to speak loudly... Hello, I am here to check in. The guy was speaking on his phone in the office to the left to the check in counter. I was an inconvience to interrupt his conversation. Also I Never had TV signal. I Will Never Return here.

Breakfast was excellent and hours for breakfast worked well for us. The room was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was not very warm and the switch for jets didn't seem to work. Easy on and off freeway. Overall a good stay. Would stay again.
