The hallways smell pretty bad and I disliked the fact that I had to pay for breakfast when the page says breakfast included. Not staying there ever again !

The staff, especially the shuttle driver, were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend for a stay near the airport. The food and bartender were also exceptional.

I parked in the parking garage and my car was broken into. The front desk attendant was no help. He had an attitude like they broke into his car. The safest place to park was in the front, where handicap is.

Worst experience
We got there to checkin and wasn’t properly checked in. The next day we came down to complain about the roaches (we saw 3 the first night) and were told that they were going to mark us a no show. Housekeeping did a below average job cleaning. They didn’t take out the trash for 3 days. One of the days was Christmas and housekeeping had that day off. So of course more roaches came to visit us. We were given another room. It didn’t have roaches but it wasn’t very clean. They wanted you to pay for breakfast and the price wasn’t worth it. The hallway and room smelled funny. This was the worst experience at a hotel that I have ever had.

THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL. I PAID FOR BREAKFAST AND WAS TOLD I COULDN'T HAVE THE BREAKFAST EVEN THOUGH I CLEARLY HAD A RECEIPT THAT SAID I PAID!!!

Hotel did everything to take care of the guest. Breakfast was not included with room and frontdesk explain the guest. Explaining the guest does not mean that frontdesk is rude.

Where to begin
Awful smell in hallways. Old and outdated. Saw 4 roaches in room. No water pressure whatsoever. One of the worst experiences ive ever had in a hotel. Be very careful.

No service at the bar and very limited service and offerings at the restaurant. The cable tv had limited and no good channels. I didn’t receive my wake up call. The front desk had no change so I could tip the van driver. The van service was very good!

I wish it was standard practice to discuss the breakfast coupon when you check in. It seems as though every time I stay at a Holiday Inn that isnt an Express, they tell me the next morning that I must pay for breakfast because the night clerk didnt include it. Also, our a/c unit in the room must be going out. It never completely cooled the room. We didn't say anything about it to management because we didn't want to have to switch rooms in the middle of the night, but it was warm at best. Staff was friendly, however. I would come back.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good for an extra $12 charge. We have stayed at this hotel for over a decade with family and in the last 3 to 5 years we have seen it go through a major renovation. But when you look at the hotel on the outside or the highly neglected pool area it does not look renovated at all. The beautiful fountains out front were not full of water and we're not working properly. It could look beautiful at the entrance and at the pool area with a little bit of work and maintenance. The inside Lobby and breakfast area look great

Because I work for the airline and have to stay very close to the airport this is the hotel that I’m always having to book at. This is my 3rd visit with NO HOT WATER!!!! Having to move my multiple bags from room to room all 3 of those times was exhausting and ridiculous. I’m never offered a refund or anything . By now you would think it’d be a common courtesy, at least send me half of my money back for my stay. Not a single manager called me or ANYTHING AT ALL. I just had to shower at the airport or the gym near by. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL ,if you like hot showers !!

Right next to 2nd floor staircase, people yelling and screaming down the hall past midnight. A/C puts out moldy smell and doesn’t do a great job cooling the room. Various stains in carpets throughout halls and in room made it feel kinda gross to stay there. I will say the drive to the parking in the morning is extremely convenient all things aside.

Not a great experience.
The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, there were blood sucking bugs in our bed. The staff moved us to a different room but that room had cockroaches. The room’s AC unit couldn’t keep up with the Houston heat so it was a generally uncomfortable experience. I personally felt like the visit didn’t meet Holiday Inn standards and definitely was not worth the money we paid.

The property wasn't clean, landscape was a mess and there was trash that needed picked up. The pool was not maintained, walls were dirty, definitely didn't smell like it has been treated and the 'spa' was non functional. Only one shower towel provided, no extra blankets and not even coffee for a complimentary breakfast. Definitely disappointing for a Holiday Inn.
