Excellent Experience

The staff was awesome and very helpful. The room was clean. The cleaning staff came by to make sure we had what we needed, since we were there for multiple days. The entire experience was great.

Over paid

I was charged for the room when I booked with expedia $132.00. When I showed up they charged my credit card another $132.00 and $50.00 for any other expenses I might have. They said they would refund my money but it's been 3 days and still nothing.

Best hotel in area

My husband has been in this area working and we have stayed at several hotels in the area. This is one if the best!! The rooms are very spacious, the breakfast was excellent, the staff was very friendly. Love the noon checkout too!!

Not so good this time

In the past, I've been happy with this hotel. But after this trip, I will not return any time soon. When I booked it, I was not made aware of renovations. When we arrived, there was a makeshift front desk, nowhere to sit and eat your breakfast. I felt in danger actually. I didn't have time to find another hotel. The breakfast was not fresh. I actually had pity for the female dietary staff employee. She was really working hard with what little age had. The carpet in our room was stained. I'm glad they are updating the stained old appliances. It was a HUGE inconvenience to try to maneuver around everything. When I called the front desk for dish washing liquid to clean, she said I could pick it up from the front desk. I was already changed into pajamas. I thought that was so lazy. The soap should have been in there already. When all of the renovations and sad customer service, there should have been a notification about it and a discounted rate. Lastly, please train the front desk staff on how to split a bill....another inconvenience.
