“Best hotel ever!”

What a great hotel. They picked us up at the airport, took us to dinner on a great recomendation of the driver. Picked us up promptlymand took us back to the best room ever. Seperate bedroom, two large screen tv's, full kitchen. The quietest hotel ever. Seamed like a new hotel and they were remodeling it. Super breakfast!!! No place to walk to for dinner or entertainment, but they gave great rides with super drivers.

I don't know much about Houston but this place was great. The area seamed rough but I never saw anything bad!

“Yes please :)”

As always, you don't know what to expect when you check in at a "new" hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed Tuesday to Sunday. The hot breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast I have ever had (I travel quite often) we ended up eating breakfast at the hotel every morning:) mon-thu they also have a complimentary light dinner which was just as good. The microwave popcorn in the room is very thoughtful. They also have a shopping list you can fill out and they will just add the total to your hotel bill. They have a very well maintained hottub, pool, grills and basketball court . Now the best for last, the staff is fabulous. The manager, Veronica, assistant manager, Maurice , shuttle drivers, housekeeping and food service ladies was friendly, helpful and it was just a pleasure to stay here! The only negative part I experienced was the shuttle being really busy (they share with the next door hotel) but they did their best to accomodate everybody. I will definitely stay again and you should too!!!

“Would be VERY upset if I'd paid full price. Okay for budget travellers.”

I was thrilled when I booked this hotel. Budget price for the Hilton name? Awesome deal! I looked at the pics online and couldn't wait to arrive. This hotel is probably easy to get to if you're familiar with the location, or are arriving from the airport. If you've just got the address, forget about it, you aren't going to find it. When we checked in, I was asked to provide a debit or credit card in case of incidental expenses. I've been to many hotels so I'm familiar with this. I had no intention of ordering room service or watching pay-per-view, so I forked over my debit card. Imagine my surprise when a $125 'hold' showed up on my debit card the next day. The manager hotly denied that any charge was placed - 'it's just a hold.' She was very rude. The suite was also MUCH MUCH smaller than the one pictured. The whole place smelled like paint. The water was cut off for 2 hours the second day and ran black/brown the remainder of the day. I am told there are much nicer hotels for a cheaper price in Humble, which is nearby. Next time I'll stay there. I expected much better from a Hilton offshoot.

“Great service”

When the traffic wasn backed up for 3 miles drive to the airport, the lady moved the 2nd van as soon as she came in and drove us to the airport.. The hotel was clean and everyone was helpful.

“Good location, nice rooms and a hot breakfast”

I only stay in hotel rooms that provide a hot breakfast and this hotel had a very good one in the morning. Eggs, sausage, a waffle maker and the standard continental breakfast items. The hotel was in a nice area and easy to find. I showed up late at night and my check-in took less than a minute with all my information ready to go. The room was nice with a full kitchen and very clean. The bed was a little hard, but certainly not uncomfortable. Stay here.

North and Northwest Houston are good areas to stay in.

“Trip to Houston”

The hotel was comfortable. The breakfast bar was decent. From our room we could hear the elevator all night so that was an issue. We also got a dead cockroach in the living room area and the AC unit in our room made this crackling noises (not sure if an small animal was trapped). The room did not smell bad and was clean other than that.
