The property is well located. I am a litte disappointed about the cleanliness. Specifically, the sofa bed was dirty. I was not properly vacuumed plus, the mattress had stains.

The staff other than the AMAZING manager Jackie were all pretty unfriendly. Our room which was meant to sleep 7 had only 2 queen beds and a broken fold out couch which they didn’t fix until the third day of our stay. The staff that supported the breakfast was just plain rude. If it weren’t for Jackie, we would have left our first morning there.

Too old, too small, too smoke-smelling even on non smoking floors. Decent breakfast. Service is quick - maintenance is not (they never showed for a dripping faucet or for a bathtub plug). Great location - decent parking amenities. Pool is super-chlorinated and you can’t see your own feet in the water.

Parking garage was filthy and needs a good hose down by elevators. The carpet in hallway needs a cleaning. The staff was great and very friendly. Our room was enjoyable.

The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The room/suite very comfortable, spacious, and very clean. It includes breakfast which is very good. Loved this place and will comeback next time I’m in Houston.

We stayed 1 night and everything was great. From check in ( the lady was so lovely) to check out, our stay was great. Great location for shopping, parking at a fair price and the beds were comfy. The staff were amazing and made us feel incredibly welcomed and truly valued customers .

You get what you pay for.
The hotel was in a great location however what they don’t tell you is that you have to pay $24 a day for parking and there is no additional parking at the hotel that is free. The guy who checked us in did not tell us anything about the amenities or breakfast or where the ice machines were located so we had to ask about everything there’s only two ice machines in the hotel the hotel is basically an older hotel that they haven’t really done any updates to or if they have you don’t really notice it. Our bathroom cabinet at the bottom was falling apart. The bed was uncomfortable like sleeping on springs. We had different size pillows, the TVs a little small for what you were paying for, our room wasn’t well stocked, so there was no soap in the shower and we almost ran out of toilet paper. We ran out of Kleenexes. Overall, you can clearly tell the hotel is older from the area. I found the hotel to be about mid range price so I would’ve expected at least mid range experience not low end however, it is in some serious need of updates. PS the elevator sounds like it will drop you at any given time.

Chose this property for its central location and room selection for our girls trip. Less than 5 minutes away from the Galleria walking or driving. 4 of us traveled and we booked the 2 bedroom 2 bath suite which was convenient for the ladies to utilize. It could be a great option for small groups and families also. Complimentary breakfast was good also. Loved being able to use my Hilton membership to use the mobile check in, mobile key and check out. My only concern was parking in the garage wasn't the easiest to get to our room. The guest room elevator had to be accessed from inside the hotel which is not the same elevator where you parked.

Very bad customer service. My room was not cleaned daily. When I ask for cleaning service at the front desk, the on duty manager even lied saying that the customer needs to choose the cleaning plan for daily or weekly!!! What kind of hotel does not clean the room daily?!!!

The suite lacked a mirror in the living room. The full mirror in the bedroom is inadequate especially when you receive visitors. Other than that, a great experience! Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel decor is a little dated. Having said that location is great, staff and service great, room size and amenities were great. Breakfast also great. Had a welcome evening when we got there with free drinks and bubbles. After a long day travelling was very much appreciated.
