I have been staying at home wood suites properties for many years and I have noticed on my last few stays that the hotels have become run down, lacking Usual amenities (specifically kitchen amenities) snd are feeling more like a motel than before. This has been my go to chain when looking for a facility that has kitchen amenities but this last stay was the last straw. First, it was impossible to sleep as the temperature in the room was difficult to regulate and it was freezing or scorching hot and musty, no matter what temp you put it on. My entire family got sick from the poor air quality and I’m sure the black substances on the underside of the mattress was mold ( forgot to take a photo). We checked our hours earlier because we could not wait to leave. We tried to get another room but were told they were sold out for a family reunion. The carpet was very dirty and the kitchen lacked the usual items they we’re used to seeing at these proprieties. It was very disappointing. My kids were there for a sporting event and could not perform as planned because they got sick (I’m sure from the air in the room) I was. Extremely disappointed with the stay and if I hadn’t prepaid I would Have left and found another place to stay. This will be my last stay at home woods.

Nice one night stay, was not happy with the fees I had to pay once I was at the location. The service fee was not mentioned when I reserved the stay.

They have friendly staff this our third time here its a good place to stay especially if you have pet they also have a good breakfast selection clean rooms close to restaurants
