The upside is that the hotel is located in the airport and reachable by subway. The first room I was given smelled so bad it made me nauseous. The second room was better. Hotel is a bit shabby. Room service and front desk do not answer the phone. Would only stay here if having to deal with a cancelled flight and an early connection.

Like many other people, I believe, when I connected to the hotel's wi-fi service I completely assumed that it was free, so did not read all the terms and conditions. Only after I checked out did I find that I was charged for it. For privacy reasons I object to joining loyalty programs, so even if I had been alerted to the Marriot program that gives free wi-fi, I would have been reluctant to do so. When paying $200 for a hotel room it is ridiculous for wi-fi not to be included.

The agent at the front desk, Toyin, ignored several people waiting in line to check-in while she circulated through the lobby handing out toys from a treasure chest to children. There were not enough agents at the check-in desk. The restaurant staff and food were wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Access to the airport was very convenient.

Arrived on Saturday, traveled by the "subway" with our luggage from the airport to their basement. Receptionist at front desk answered ALL our questions and was very helpful. Room was great. Dinner and wine was fun. Got to sleep an hour later than we would have if we hadn't stayed there because of no worries how to get there. Left early in the morning by the tiny train. Never went outside which is why 3 stars for Area around property! Should have an NA not--applicable choice.
