Hotel was great, however there was a convention going on that made for a crowed lobby and elevators.

We went there for a one stay with our two young children over the Memorial Day weekend. It was great! The children had a great time. They had board games, pool toys, books and coloring activities. The indoor/outdoor pool was great! The children loved it. The room was very comfortable with soft pillows and duvet covers. We all slept very well. The bathroom had "Bath and Body" products which was refreshing from the norm. We had the breakfast buffet the next day. The food was average, but the service was great. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. No one was snooty or rude. The one plus about the hotel was that it had free parking! We would definitely return!

Nice layout, room was spacious and comfortable, food wasn't that great at the Cafe downstairs however the area has an array of restaurants to satisfy every palate. The pool was nice so was the workout rooms.

Great place and service. Housekeeping could speak English. I couldn't get regular coffee - all I got was decaf. Hotel Restuarants were good but a Chuys a block away was the best.

We got our room for $77, including breakfast. My only issue was that we booked a king size bed, but they only had two queens available. Also, there was a ten second tiff about breakfast...the staff tried to give me a 1-person voucher (for a 2-person room). They yielded when I called them on it. Both incidents irked me a little. Ultimately, though, this was a very clean and safe place to stay. The room is too quiet, if you can understand that...every little sound in the hallway can be heard. Bring a sound machine or earplugs if you're sensitive to that.

I stayed in a standard room. Which is exactly what the room was - standard. Nothing to write home about. What was really EXCELLENT, was the helpful, friendly staff. Everyone from the front desk to the bar to the restaurant was amazing. I will definitely stay there again.
