Marriott Westchase -great hotel

Pros: location
Cons: gift shop open during day
Location: lots of energy companies close by...reasonable close to Memorial City Mall
despite big storm where hotel lost power 3 hrs on Sat morning, staff did great job...somehow we got coffee and one elevtor working....10th floor up and down no problem.

The facilities at the hotel are excellent. Another patron's vehicle alarm set off. I couldnt sleep and informed the staff of the problem. The hotel management is awesome.

Excelente localização, bom rendimento.

Pros: A localização, o conforto do quarto, principalmente a cama.
Cons: Sim pode ser melhorado. Poderia ter frigobar e cofre no quarto.
Location: A localização é muito boa fica próximo à muitos restaurantes, permite chegada e saída para o aeroporto facilmente.
Eu e minha família fomos muito bem tratados. Recomendo a todos, excelente preço.

Not the best place

The room was much smaller then pictured,the experience of ordering online was not a ggod promise kept, was promised items were not recieved and the suggestions were even accommoded. We had a coffee pot with no coffee,after 10 calls to the front desk we just went and got coffee. Would have expected more on our anniversary weekend. Just a terrible experience.

Hotel was not prepared

Cons: Be better prepared when large events are being held on property
We stayed at this hotel for a dance convention our daughter was attending. The hotel was completely booked and was unprepared for the event it seemed. 1. The gift shop/starbucks was manned by an elderly lady with no additional help to take orders, make and run the register. This created a long line and took over a half hour to stand in and wait to purchase any items. 2. The hotel bar offered a limited appetizer and meal menu and was taking over an hour for food to be served. 3. Valet parking was full both days of our stay. If I am paying $170 a night for a room I expect to be able to park my vehicle in the parking lot and not have to search for parking. This convention was booked several months in advance and its not like this hotel did not know this event was taking place on their property. I know friends of mine attended a drill team convention the week before at this same property with the same lackluster service from this hotel.

Nice place, comfortable, friendly

Pros: Quiet, friendly
Cons: It was sometimes difficult to locate bar staff. But otherwise, nice place!
Location: It's near Beltway 8 and Westpark Tollway which makes it easy to get into Houston proper as well as Sugarland and Katy.
Because I was on my honeymoon, the staff upgraded my room to a suite which was very nice of them. However it shared a wall with an elevator shaft so I did get some noise. Not much, and it was a very nice room. There was no hall noise at all. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. And the wait staff was attentive. I heard the hot tub was very chlorinated but I didn't use it myself. All in all, I liked the hotel and would stay there again.

We attended a convention at this hotel. The service was beyond slow in the restaurant and we had a nearly 2-hr wait for room service. Employees were rude & unapologetic. Not the best experience.
