Great location

Pros: location. near many restaurants & stores. clean, neat, quiet rooms.
Cons: rooms have refrigerator. microwave w'd be nice.
Location: restaurants & food shops galore... HEB, Trader Joe's, Half Price books. 20 minutes from museum district.
3rd time we've stayed at the Marriott in last year. cost was very decent through Expedia. location is excellent. less than 20 minutes to museum district and downtown. lots of restaurants in area. only complaint (a minor one) is free WiFi is only available in the lobby & is weak.

We stayed for 3 nights in Marriott Westchase, the room was ok, the hotel charges you for everything, internet, water, breakfast. No free continental breakfast, no free wifi or complementary water bottle like some other hotels do at the same price. I would not recommend this hotel anyone, there are much better ones for the same price.

Stayed for family reunion in Houston

Pros: Good climate control
Cons: Handicap parking was scarce and poorly marked
Location: Went to family events
It was O.K. Prefer smaller hotels but this was fine.

Excellent location. And decent hotel.

Pros: Location
Cons: More courteous staff
Location: Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and Hiways
The hotel itself was good. The staff was not helpfull and the front desk on several occasions would not even answer the phoene (after 12 PM) after it rang 23 times

Great Stay

Hotel atmosphere was great. Staff was attentive, pleasant, and helpful. Breakfast and room service were excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Extremely clean. Will stay again. Would recommend.

Bad Service

Nothing good- I got the room for my 19yr old son who was stranded in Houston, Marriott wouldn't let him check in because he wasn't 21 years of age, even though the room was fully paid for by me beforehand.

Great Hotel

Pros: The hotel was close to tons of resturants. Also close to Galleria . We were close to Target Barnes n Noble etc. great location.
Location: All the stores and food places you could want
The staff greeted you at the door. Easy check in and everyone was very friendly.
