“Great Spot and Great Service!”

Excellent place to stay in the Woodlands!!! - only complaint I have is... The Woodlands and the Avia need to put out signs that actually guide you there. The address is not intuitive, and there are places where, if the sign was posted, you could find it easy. Otherwise, I plan on going back, our teenage daughter thought it was an amazing hotel and location! Good job - we will be back!

Friendly service ...excellent style and class...only thing would be better is, for the price, they should offer complimentary breakfast....everyone else seems to....just saying

I liked the hotel but the decor is a bit dark especially in the bathrooms. Need more light. Service was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and would do anything to make sure our stay was great. My husband and I stayed here for our one year anniversary and it was a pleasant experience. We hope to go back one day.

“Beautiful hotel and outstanding service!”

We recently attended a concert at the Cynthia Woods Pavillion and chose this hotel because it is within walking distance of the venue. The rooms were decorated beautifully and the hotel is very nice inside and out. The only negative thing that I can think of regarding the rooms is that there was not a whole lot of space to move around in the standard size room, but it served our purpose for one night. That being said, the bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. Unfortunately we didn't make it to the pool, but it looked fabulous and we saw many people enjoying it while we were there. One of the most outstanding things about this hotel was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They really made you feel that they cared about your business and your experience. Next time we travel to Woodlands, this will definitely be our hotel of choice! Hopefully we will have time to check out the pool and try some of the food offerings which also sounded amazing!
