Hotel was spotless, warm, inviting and the staff overly helpful. Kitchen/dining staff are attentive, on the spot and absolutely superb. Hotel room was very clean, HVAC worked flawlessly, room was relaxing and comforting.

“Beautiful room, great bed; airport shuttle service is limited”

This hotel is very conveniently located near the Bush Intercontinental Airport, and the room and service was great. The only challenge we had was the airport shuttle did not operate in the early morning; so, we were unable to use the shuttle to get to the airport (which is why we chose the hotel in the first place).

Exceptional customer service, left our car at the hotel an their van dropped us off at United. Will pick us up an take us to our car at no extra cost. Will never use the lots that charge when the Hyatt does not charge! The rooms are beautiful an the attention to detail was perfect.

Some of the locals said the hotel was in a bad part of town, it was great if stayed in the hotel.

“Excellent for an overnight flight connection!”

I had to spend one night in the Crown Plaza Hotel because my flight connection was too long. It was perfect for the night!, very convenient, shuttle service was great, room service was nice too and the room was perfect.

I have never stayed in a hotel this nice. I only stayed here this time because the price was right and then I got so much more than I expected.
