Nice hotel but service questionable

Pros: Rooms clean large and beds good.
Cons: More staff and better staff coordination in evenings.
Location: Close to airport, shopping center, and fast food.
Check in was a drag. Had to wait due to only one person around, who was making drinks, handling food orders, and doing check-in. An hour later 3 people at front desk!!? Business office useless since PC's need upgrade and print not working. In a Hyatt!! Room was clean and nice. Beds very comfortable. No noise and got a good sleep. Next morning person who drove us to airport was surly and unresponsive. Charged for leaving car at hotel lot-- which was not the case at other Hyatt Houston hotel. On return from our trip took 30 minutes for hotel shuttle to come; based on past experiences this should have taken about 15 minutes. Can not recommend based on below par services.

Check-in was quick, friendly and easy. Room was clean with lot of storage area. Air conditioner was noisy at times. Beds were not comfortable. Beds were worn out. I stayed only one night with family of 5. If I had to stay another night there then I would have switched rooms with better beds. Breakfast was excellent. Lot of choices. My kids loved it. Overall it was worth the price.

Convenient for long layovers in Houston

Pros: The lay out of the rooms was unique and really worked for our family.
Cons: The sofa's and carpeting in the room were a bit worn.
It was late a very busy waiting for the airport shuttle. The staff was extremely cheerful and helpful in anticipating the arrival. All staff members helped to get people checked in - even the shuttle driver. Nice team work!

Wonderful experience overall , snacks priced too high and having no vending machines wAs a downer, staff was friendly , they have a small Starbucks coffee station and that was an added bonus

The staff was tremendous!! The rooms are a bit noisy train and traffic. The matrasses in the room crack a bit and the door is also hearable. The breakfast is good assosted with seemingly fresh fruits.
