I was a fan of la Quinta but definitely not this specific one, dirtiness is the major issue I had.

Musty, musty, musty

Pros: location
Cons: Know it's perhaps costly but VENTILATE the bathroom/ clean it and replace the 3 OLD mirrors.
Location: Kim Sun rest. across the street was decent Chinese/Vietnamese food- also Ross, Steinmart, hobby-lobby over there.
Entire room (124) was extremely musty smelling. Wife put lavender oil on a tissue in the A/C air outlet 3 times and it still SMELLED MUSTY! NO VENT FAN in bathroom. Wife took a shower and mirror was STILL fogged up after being wiped w/ hand towel after 45 minutes- I wanted to shave sooner. Back side of mirror seemed damp, was old and spotted. Bathtub EXTREMELY slow to drain. Fridge/ microwave seals and doors were gungy.

Conveniently Situated

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Maintenance and updating.
Both employees that I came in contact with were polite and helpful. The room was clean, however, it was tired and needed updating with marked carpets. The television did not work together with the lamps on the tables either side. There was no convenient outlet to charge a phone or laptop. This was my first encounter with the La Quinta brand and I found it disappointing.
