My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment had zero regard for cleanliness or guest comfort. FIRST the bedbugs. I woke up covered in bites, evidence of the infestation that clearly plagues this place. It's beyond unacceptable to subject paying guests to such a disgusting experience.
And the mold! It was everywhere on the furniture, the walls, even the paintings. It's as if they're actively trying to cultivate a breeding ground for health hazards. The pictures I've attached speak for themselves, revealing the stark reality behind the false advertisement they peddle to unsuspecting customers.Furthermore, the lack of staff presence was astonishing. With only one person manning the front desk and the general manager mysteriously absent, it's no wonder this place is in shambles. This level of unprofessionalism is unforgivable.Don't even get me started on the nonexistent pool they claim to have. The photos I've provided reveal a sad excuse for aquatic leisure, a far cry from the oasis depicted on their website. And let's not overlook the abundance of bugs and fruit flies infesting every corner of the premises.on top of this the elevator was out of order, adding yet another layer of inconvenience to an already dreadful experience.
