My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment had zero regard for cleanliness or guest comfort. FIRST the bedbugs. I woke up covered in bites, evidence of the infestation that clearly plagues this place. It's beyond unacceptable to subject paying guests to such a disgusting experience. And the mold! It was everywhere on the furniture, the walls, even the paintings. It's as if they're actively trying to cultivate a breeding ground for health hazards. The pictures I've attached speak for themselves, revealing the stark reality behind the false advertisement they peddle to unsuspecting customers.Furthermore, the lack of staff presence was astonishing. With only one person manning the front desk and the general manager mysteriously absent, it's no wonder this place is in shambles. This level of unprofessionalism is unforgivable.Don't even get me started on the nonexistent pool they claim to have. The photos I've provided reveal a sad excuse for aquatic leisure, a far cry from the oasis depicted on their website. And let's not overlook the abundance of bugs and fruit flies infesting every corner of the premises.on top of this the elevator was out of order, adding yet another layer of inconvenience to an already dreadful experience. The fact that this establishment remains open is not only sad but also deeply concerning. Expedia's endorsement of trust, putting the health and safety of guests at risk FOR A PROFIT.

The entire stay was horrible, staying in hell would've probably been more convenient. There is never really any staff working the ones who were working barely spoke english or didnt have the information to help. i was there for 3 days, no one ever came to clean the room, change trash, give more towels or wash clothes. etc after being there for one day they locked our room and told us to pay a 100$ deposit before getting access back into our room. the night after we had to get another key made because the one we had stopped working randonly again. i would never stay here again , or even recommend my worst enemy.

The elevator did not work. Despite having an accessible room we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. The pool was not open and we were not informed of any of this until check in. Despite this being a non smoking property our entire floor and room reeked of cigarettes. 2/10 only because the staff was very nice.

primero al llegar no tenian mi habitacion lista, habian sobrevendido las habitaciones, el lugar no se ve como las fotografias, es la quinta disfrasada con otro nombre. el ascensor no servia, no habian toallas en la habitacion, no fueron amables al llegar, no recomiendo quedarse en ese lugar.

The hotel itself was great had a big clean room and spacious a complimentary breakfast I only went once and was pretty good but it only had minor issues like the pool was closed and the elevator wasn’t working but for me since I was on the 3rd floor with bags but for me I just put aside but for others might be an inconvenience so above all for myself 5/5

Well, the was spacious enough and had some facilities that we need but the towels are not well washed, their dirty. The toilet bowl seemed really old and not well cleaned. The pillowcases have weird odors, thank God we brought some linen spray so it aided our sleep. Breakfast was also limited. They don’t serve eggs during Mondays to Fridays. The staffs were good, the area is near the highway so it’s near the place we wanted to go.

Overall experience was nice . The room was clean. The elevator didn't work so we had to climb stairs to our room. Some electrical plugs and lights didn't work . But they did not effect our sleeping . Thanks

Elevator was broken. Room smelled like there was a long term smoker in it which they overpainted the walls. All the walls need to be repainted. The bathtub looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The internet didn’t work. There was no signs anywhere as you drove up to say it was the Sonesta. They advertised this location as a Sonesta online but in person it wasn’t.

I’d rather sleep on the street than at this s***hole of a hotel. Whole place was under construction. Mold everywhere, Lied to me about everything, false advertisement, everything. If you like to lose your money and like to feel threatened at all times please do stay at this hotel. Only thing missing was bedbugs. Absolutely horrendous.

Overall, the cleanliness of the property was above average and we were happy with that. But no working facilities, like an elevator, which my pregnant wife did not appreciate at all.

This Hotel is straight trash. Non of the amenities are available the pool and jacuzzi had no water. The breakfast was so gross and limited. The only meat served was frostbite sausage patty and the cheapest fake eggs on the market. The front desk or housekeeping didn't give us fresh towels on a two night stay. Nothing is around this hotel but one lone Popeyes and traffic is horrible. CHINATOWN AREA OF HOUSTON!!! Is the worst experience. They have roaches and weed smell in hallways. The beds were comfortable 10 out of 10 I dont recommend.

Everything was acceptable with staff, cleanness but one matter at hand. Owner should expand internet service was horrible. For I am a business traveler and we need access to WiFi/internet service especially on the weekends. Please upgrade your bandwidth for most individuals need access to WiFi. FYI: I will be on site for next two weeks please upgrade the internet ASAP service. Thank you

Upon entering this property I noted the smell of mildew and my sinuses immediately reacted making it difficult to breathe as I’m highly allergic to mold. Front desk went ahead and charged my card and then gave me a number for GM who never answered phone. Called Expedia, who I booked through, at first, I was told mold was not an acceptable reason for refund, then I asked for manager and explained it was a health & safety issue and he issued refund. The front desk was very inexperienced and looked to be 16-17. Other receptionist Matthew walked in gave me a dirty look and then walked out. This place is very dirty and you can tell they have had major water damage. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone.

The one things I can say that housekeeper keep property clean, but the is only positive thing I have to say about my visit there. The elevator was broken, and the clerk said that the elevator has been broken for almost a year. The breakfast attendant ran out out of food for breakfast each day I went to there. It didn't matter whether I was there early or in the middle breakfast hrs. There was a power outage as well at the property which maybe they couldn't help, but they didn't make any attempt to notified the customer in the hotel what the status of everything is. I definite would recommend this hotel at all. I had a terrible experience.

The room was terrible. The pictures didn’t match the actual room or outside. The appliances were old and tore up. The pillows were old and not soft. With all this being said I did like having to pay a $100 deposit fee.
