Hello Anselmo,Thank you for sharing your experience with us about your stay at our hotel. We have tried to look into this issue so that we can get it resolved but when looking in the room for said issue we did not find any loose tiles in the bathroom. If you could please reach out to us so we can get a better understanding on the problem we would greatly appreciate it. In regard to there being no hot water we did check for that as well and the hot water was working. We are in the middle of starting our renovations starting with the outside and then we will be working on renovating the inside of the hotel. We are sorry for any inconveniences you may have had during your stay and we hope you will give us another chance when visiting Pasadena TX again.

So one and one is how we were told to put the coffees in the room but just know that when staying here and needing extras of anything all you have to do is call down to the front desk and we will be glad to help. Dear Roberto,So on the Saturday of your stay your room did not get cleaned because you had the do not disturb sign on your door which means when that is on your door our housekeepers will not knock or bother you because the sign, on Sunday and Monday our housekeepers did go into the room and clean but if you had your belongings all over the room that means the housekeeper had to clean around your belongings because they are not allowed to touch or move the guest belongings.
