VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

Posted Oct 20, 2014
We require and reserved an accessible room on the 1st floor. Don't know if it was Expedia or the Hotel but we did not get one. Receptionist said they all taken when we checked in. It was too late to try to find a alternate hotel with an accessible room as it is in the middle of a Hospital complex. So we had to tough it out. The most miserable 2+ days we spend in a room and instead of feeling rested, we were exhausted. Room for her wheelchair was minimum. could not access the bathroom easily. NO bathing facilities for a handicapped person. On the 4th floor and as the sign says " in case of fire, do not use the elevator" so how would we have gotten out. I could go on.We will NOT go there again and will question the use of Expedia to make our reservation. At least we could have gotten a call/email/text that no rooms were available.

Decent hotel near Health center

Posted Oct 7, 2014
Pros: The room included large bathroom & closet, "living room" area with couch and a large desk and chair, small kitchenette with fridge & stove.
Cons: I wouldn't consider the breakfast food. Hand sanitizers in the lobby or dinning area. The hotel smelled strange. Staff could be friendlier.
Location: There is nothing near the hotel and in general it gives a sketchy vibe... but Westheimer Rd heading downtown are great food options, Chuy's!
Not too difficult to find, no decent restaurants or grocery immediately nearby (a 10-15 minuet drive into town provides very nice eating and shopping options). Hotel staff less than friendly. Room was nice, but smelled funny. Breakfast was horrible and I did not partake. It was not too far away from the convention center and the room was good for working from and cooking my own meals, which I prefer since I have food allergies. It would be a good hotel if you were receiving on going health care from the nearby health center.

Posted Oct 5, 2014
I stayed here for 2 days...i loved the room....it has almost all amenities one would need along with kitchen and electronic safe.....good upkeep...but there is no service at all except for one receptionist..this is the first hotel i have ever seen where you have to pick your luggage on your own and take it to room....it serves basic breakfast but dont serve lunch or dinner

Hotel staffs were nice and friendly. Overall experience was ok. The room was very tight, felt stuffed. Hotel was close to the intended location for our trip to Houston.

my stay was great the staff was very friendly and helpful. One negative thing was the room had this smell in it that would not go away, they even put an humidifier in the room to help, it did for awhile but as soon as they removed it the smell came back. other than that I was fine and I will use them in the future.
