“Everything I asked for and more!!”

I requested upper floor with a view and they provided the best! Everyone was kind and helpful. Fast room service and maid service was great.....forgot to tip the maid, dang it!

“Very comfortable”

This hotel was very comfortable. Staff was pleasant. It was raining outside and we were still able to enjoy the swimming pool as it is indoors. The hotel is also very close to the Galleria and other shopping areas. My only complaint was the cost of the breakfast buffet at $15.95, which is a ridiculous amount to pay per person for breakfast. We chose to drive to a nearby diner to eat instead.

“Perfect”

This was a two day business trip. Nicely located at intersection of I-10 and inner beltway, immediately off exit ramp. Fairly easy drive from Bush airport. Nice room - desk with high speed access ($9.95/24hrs). Required a setting change on my computer, but assistance was prompt when requested. Large sports bar with projection screen on entire wall. Couple nice beers on tap, food was better than avg hotel. Have to pay ($9/day) for parking in garage next door. Also will valet. Huge mall right in vicinity, though didn't have opportunity to explore town much.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel was full of Christmas parties and people on Saturday evening, but we were still treated royally, and were allowed to use the indoor pool without a problem (5-year old boy, less than 2-year old girl, and grandma). Room service was also wonderful, and catered to the kids!

HOtel was clean, staff was friendly. I did not have time to use any of their ammenities.
