Very convenient

It was a short stay, but it was within walking distance of everything we needed/wanted to do. Beautiful area, and hassle-free stay.

One of the BEST hotels I've ever stayed at!!! Great customer service!!! Especially the Filipino bellboy Arthur. This will be the ONLY place I will be staying at whenever I visit Texas!

Nice area...NO Parking

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: The location
Cons: Customer Service. Parking. Parking. Parking.
Location: We dined at Esparzas, Japaneiro and Jamba Juice. All are great.
I had reservations for two nights for a KING bed. Even called on our way down from Dallas to confirm. Check-in went well and when we got to our room I noticed we had two DOUBLE beds. I called the front desk to ask if they had any king available. She immediately said no, maybe she knew off hand - but it sounded like she didn't care. The next morning I went down to the front office to ask if there would be any King beds available that night and again she said no without verifying with anyone or on the computer in front of her. Needless to say, my husband and I had two DOUBLE beds for our Valentine weekend. On to Parking. Because of the parking situation alone I would not recommend to stay here- unless you Valet. Although they do offer free parking at three different parking garages you will have to bring ALL of your luggage and belongings through the Town Center and all of their patrons, stares and all. Mind you this is on brick road, alleyways and in front of many people-some who are inebriated depending on the time of day. I only say take Valet because they charge you for it at check out, unless you catch it like I did and they act like they are doing you a favor by removing the charge. I will not be back and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dear Sweetz, Thank you for your comments. I do apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay with us. While we try to make every effort to accommodate specific room types for our guests, sometimes it is not always possible. As you mentioned, there are free lots available around the hotel but we do also offer valet parking. I do apologize for accidentally adding a valet charge to your bill if you did not use that service. I will share your comments with our front office team to make sure this does not happen for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us and we do hope you will allow us to make it up to you on your next trip to the area. Sincerely, Mike - Guest Services

We stayed their to be able to hang out with our long time friends for their 22nd Anniversary. The hotel is very clean. The staff was helpful. Rooms are large and bed was comfortable! Lovely place, we would stay their again.

You pay for what you get

Nice business hotel but not so good for a vacation stay. Rate was $159 but then everything was extra - WiFi, nuts, you name it. We chose it to be sure that full service would be available over the Christmas Holiday and left feeling we'd been nickel and dimed.

The concierge lounge was closed on weekends and holidays. Need to keep it open 7 days a week. The quality of food supplies in lounge aslo needs improvement.
