Aggressive and incompetent service

This was truly a horrible experience! The man at the front desk was rude and aggressive. He did not speak English sufficiently to understand that I had reserved two single rooms, one for myself and one for my colleague. He did not comprehend the electronic receipt I had on my phone to prove it I was charged for both. He made my colleague purchase her own room. We complied because we were stuck in Houston because of air traffic control problems in Chicago and there were NO other available rooms in the city because of several large conferences. It was late at night and we were desperate. The room reeked of cigarette smoke; there wasn't a bedside light; the bedspreads were ripped. A miserable night -- so glad to get into the cab to the airport the next morning!

Bad experience with Hotels.com had a reservation and did not had a room.... cancels reservation and payd $216 a night for a hole in a wall.

Horrible Service - Stay Away

The owner of this business was very rude and lacks basic customer service skills. He adorns the reception area with religious Hindu symbols which I found highly inappropriate, he grunts answers, the orange juice is just orange in color, the wifi is slow and does not work, and the location of this hotel is the worst EVER! Stay away! Stay away! Stay away!

Horrible customer service

Didn't stay because we were lost and no one at the hotel spoke english. We decided to drive 4 hours back home and still had to pay. Would never book with this place again.
