Motel 6 Houston Hobby Airport

The hotel is nice, the stuff is nice, I believe it is a nice hotel but I dont think I will use it again because I didnt like the environment of the room, I didnt feel home, The design is new to me, also the cold water is often hot for some reason.

Motel 6 is usually clean with a modern look. However, this hotel we stayed at had no cold water. Showering and washing hands were usually scalding hot. I would not recommend the room, but if they get that repaired, the room is good for the money.

There was no Microwave or Ref in the room which was stated on the van. They were remodeling some areas, but very dusty. I requested an iron/brd and was told they were all out with other customers and would let me know when available…they called back the next day. I requested new towels and was told they needed the dirty ones back; I waited 30 min and called back. I had to walk down stairs in my PJs to get fresh towels and take the dirty ones. There are no elevators and the ice machine was out of ice having to walk dwn stairs to get some. After leaving and enjoying the nice city of Houston, I come back to the room and it had not been cleaned. I called the front desk and was told this was their busy day and they were making rounds. It was 4:30 in the evening. No one NEVER came to the room and when I asked the front desk about it; was told you must have had the “do not disturb” sign on your door. So be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs and bring your dirty towels dwn before getting fresh ones. The front desk staff did not care. Nice size rooms

Room was clean. Beds were clean. It's a very affordable and clean hotel. The receptionist, Amanda, was very polite. She called a cab for us and was very efficient.

although this hotel doesn't provide to shampoo,the room is clean and cheap. However, the staff service is so-so.

When I arrived at night I asked about the safety on the parking lot, they told me in bad manner that is "safe". Next day at morning the one car was 4 tire stolen, I went to the front desk and the guy told me that is normal in Houston, that this wasn't a hotel problem! Well...... what are the "cameras" installed for? Why they say that this is not a hotel problem? Why are the guys at front desk always unpleasent with customers? I understand that for that kind of robbery is needed a car where to carry the tires, why the security personnel (if they exist) did not see nothing (there were no too many customers parked)? My car was ok but others did not that's why I do not want to be exposed in that manner!

It was an ok experience.Not a memorable experience.

Nice welcome from the staff, the room is clean, the services are minimal but correct. No shampoo in the bathroom.Internet in the room did not work.

Its a dive...no woman guest would go there on their own.. But for $60...its good enough...just dress like Rambo for check in at night

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Hard to beat at the price. I have paid twice as much for a comparable room. Check in took less than three minutes. The guy working the front desk was friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants. They took up the carpets in the room which greatly decreased the musty smell hotels tend to get. Good water pressure. New TV. Refrigerator. No clock in the room. Wake up call was reliable.
