“Definitely on my list for a return visit”
The room was clean and spacious. And the hotel facilities were impressive. We were also very impressed with the professional and attentive service provided by the front desk staff of this hotel. I would definitely return.
“Good stay in Houston”
The hotel was very affordable and a great bargin. The kids swam and roamed the facility. A good stay!
“Houston trip”
The hotel was very nice. We got a great rate because there weren't many people staying that Sunday and Monday night. We got a free upgrade to a junior suite! The main downside was that the hotel was so large and luxurious, and so few people were there, that it took a really, really long time for the water to warm up. Breakfast room service was delicious though.
“Enhanced the whole Houston experience”
The Omni Houston - Westside was a wonderful hotel with great atmosphere (inside and outside), service and amenities.
“Great stay”
Hotel was great....bathroom needed a little extra cleaning, but did not effect our night.
“houston energy corridor”
The room was very comfortable and well appointed. the hotel layout was well designed in a way that everything was convenient. The sort of inside-outside archiitectural design was pleasing. This is especially true in a neighborhood and city that doesn't appreciate landscape and cultivated foilage.
“omni energy cooridor houston”
Staff was less than helpful. Heater in room did not work, they said they would send staff and didnt. No valet avail and when I searched and found one his response was that they were too busy to help me.
“Clean, sharp, and the best bed ever”
Awesome breakfast buffet, awesome bed, soft pillows, nice hotel bar, and very quiet. Highly recommended.
“Had a wonderful stay! Will definately go back! Very clean rooms, nice people, great food!”
We had a great time on our vacation! Our stay at the Omni was great, the place was absolutely beautiful, the pond in the lobby was very nice and clean it had beautiful fish, the elevators were beautiful, very clean! Everyone we talked to there were very kind, the resturant had amazing food and room service was resonable and lightning fast serivce! We would definately stay again!
“" Not Very Impressed "”
Reservations were made for a "Non Smoking" Room, I am an avid non smoker! Upon check in the Hotel was booked solid and I had to settle for a smoking room which I can't stand the lingering odor. I do not undestand " Well when you book we can not guarantee the type of room". That statement does not work for me, either you have it or you don't! when you book, just don't say OK to get me in the door. I Feel they should have offered to set me up in a Hotel with a non smoking room. The food and beverage prices were ridiculous and the courtesy mini bar in the room was even worse. I definitely would not go back!
